Hiya, Got married to Richard in Vegas 4 yrs ago, met him 8 yrs ago. We have 2 dogs Tilly and Hattie. They were my babies until Nathan came along (they still are my babies). Richard and i never wanted kids. I was never the maternal type but realised i started to treat the dogs like kids, so i started to question myself. Richards has few nephews and nieces so i realised kids wernt that scary!! We decided in Jan 2008 to start trying.

I became pregnant on 28 Sept 2008. For people who didnt want kids we were over the moon. My pregnacy was great v easy.I got v big v quick. It turned out he was a big baby, doc said he would be 10lbs, he was 9 lbs! Labour wasnt as bad as i thought. I only felt early labor pain, rest of the day i was asleep!!

My recovery was a different story. I got an episiotomy and stitiches opened up after couple of days. They wouldnt stitch me back up, i had to let it heal back naturally!! It was the most painful thing in my life. I couldnt walk right for 4 wks!!
But it hasnt scared me off, we are trying for another child at the mo. Nathan is 6 months.


Nathan is the happiest, easiest, sleepist child ive ever known!! We have been very very lucky!!

Could we get lucky a 2nd time??


Well its 20-01-09 and i just got a big fat positive this morning!!! It happened so fast. Im still bf Nathan so hopefully it wont effect my milk. Yiiipeeeee!!!
