Hello! My name is Lesley, and my boyfriend and i pregnant with a baby girl! My boyfriend and i are highschool sweethearts and have known each other now for about 8 years...he is the light of my day. He has always been there for me and has never turned his back on me! We found out we were pregnant right away! and life hasnt been better since! We are so excited to meet are baby girl! We have decided on a name for her, Cyanne Katrina! She will be the first grandbaby on both sides! spolied already!! She is our world! We love u baby girl!!

Thanks so much for your reply! I thought I was the only one whose friend's (or in my case - best friend)really weren't supportive. It's just so weird because we are adults, and I never thought a friend of 20yrs would act so immaturely! But I agree with you, I don't want ppl like that in mine or my baby's life either! Focus on the positive things instead!

We still have sex, though not as often right now (once or twice a week). I've found that creativity helps alot..to find comfortable positions that work :-)

Hi
Most places only do two standard ultrasounds unless midwife / doctor feels you need another. I had one at 12 weeks and another at 20 weeks and nothing since. My midwife has still told me that my baby is big though just from measuring with tape measure. App i am measuring two weeks ahead. so either they have my dates wrong or baby is bigger. They don't usually induce you either unless there is some kind of problem or you go over your due date. I wouldn't worry too much. Your midwife will know what she is doing. - As for sex, we last 'did it' two weeks ago and have decided to leave it now until after baby is born (well, until I am fully recovered!) as neither of us enjoyed it. I have got too big now and can't get comfortable and I think my husband is put off now with the shuffling around etc. Plus, you can't enjoy it when you can't get close anymore. Its just not the same. x

Sorry to hear you are down too. It is really awful feeling big, fat and unattractive. I guess it will all go away after we give birth and get in shape again. It is just so hard. If you need anybody to talk to or rant to I'm here for you :-D

Hi, thanks for the responses to my babyshower situation. At this point, My husband and bff are salvaging the shower the best they can. My bff is going to host everything and providing the cake and my husband purchased decorations and favors yesterday, along with us providing the food. We simply have decided to do Rigatoni, salad, chips and dip, pop and a veggie tray. It will still be at my home this Sun. I want to let all of you know that my posted comments on here about the shower were not completely all about the shower; it was the fact that my dad and stepmom hurt me and besically said screw you we don't want to be apart of your life anymore go pick up the pieces from the shower we had planned for you. My husband and I have decided to not reconcile with these people and the cut them out of our lives permanently. My dad had hurt me alot over the years and I just can't subject myself to his dysfunction anymore. I will enjoy my new baby and my own family( hubby and kids) as I have always done as I have said before my husband and I don't really have family from either side; we have both come from pretty bad backgrounds. Anyway, I am super excited about my new baby boy making his arrival very soon; I am 33 weeks today and he could be born as early as 3 1/2 weeks from today if I deliver him at the same time as I did my firstborn Zach and my daughter Alexandra was a 37 1/2 weeker, so maybe at the most I have 4 1/2 weeks left? I'll just have to wait and see I guess. I have definately been having alot of pressure and increased braxton hicks, also my midwife thinks I will deliver early too???? Thank you all for your support and friendship on here and baby dust to you all.

ya my belly was REALLY sore all through the night and i really couldnt figure out why then the whole next day she wasnt moving as much tehn yesterday she was moving a lot more and today she isnt moving as much!! i think they are resting a lot because they are putting on like a 1/2 a pound a week!! thats a lot they are also resting up for their big debut!!! haha good luck!!

heya .. well Holly (thats what im gunna call her) is so active!!! im 32 weeks now and i am blowing up like a balloon .. its well worth it though :D lol i cant wait i really wanna c my girl and want her to come out soon! lol :P
