hi dont worry youve got ur hands full now lol hope its me next cant handle going over my dd which im starting 2 think he will im due monday but all he is is 3/5 engarged so far and i do keep getting perid pain cramps off and on now 4 the last 2 days but i swear he wants 2 be like his sister she was 8 days over due so i was indused she weighed 7lb 4oz even with being 8days over but this 1 is a 8lb babie if he comes monday that is lol but i dont wanna go though that again very painfull experice i want 2 go into labour myself this time round

congratulations hun, how did it go? when did the midwife get there? i'm having a home birth too (providing i don't go two weeks over which looks likely at this point :-( as no signs but we'll see!) so any tips, advice i'd really appreciate. Hope you and baby are doing good, take care and keep in touch xx

When they are 5 minutes apart they tell people to call their doc and head to the hospital. I would call just so she has time to get to your house. You don't want to have a baby at home with no midwife. It is better safe than sorry. Good luck!

it's totally up to you when you want to call her, i'm having a home birth and she said to call her when they are 5 mins apart just to let her know that i'm in labour and she can either come then or wait until i feel i need her, i personally will wait until they are about 2 mins apart until i call her back but she lives 5 mins away from me, but like i said it's up to you. why not call her now and see what she says....good luck xx

It sounds like your little one has a little anxiety. That's all. She probably just needs some reassurance that this new baby is not her replacement! Our 6 year old was feeling that way a bit, but I've let him pick things out, help me shop etc, it seems to have helped

My first is nearly 3 so not as aware as yours probably is. Can you make some time for just you and her, story time or go to the cinema? Has she bought the baby a present? I've bought a book called 'I am a big sister' which my daughter loves, available from Amazon. I suppose you have to do anything that makes her feel loved? Not tidying toys away is so irritating, Sue23's idea sounds really good! How about some reward stickers for tidying up and being helpful? I threatened mine with phonecalls to her favourite people when she doesn't do as she is told which works but may just be her age. Anyway, good luck!

I cant give u any advice because my daughter is exactly the same she wont eat meals she wont tidy her toys up she sleeps in my bed n not in her own shes cheeky n has alot more tantrums shes 4 in september at the moments shes gone 2 her nans 4 a week or 2 im hoping she doesnt get worse as its only started 3 week ago when she gets back im gonna b stricter she has a naughty corner that she goes in4 3 mins if shes naughty as far as the not tidying her toys away im gonna get a box n when she doesnt tidy it away after 3 warnings im gonna put them in a box until she learns 2 tidy her toys away when shes been gud i would give her one toy back from out the box if u stick 2 it she will tidy up her toys so hope this helps

Well it's good to hear everything is going well with her. I had a U/S on tuesday and he was weighing in at 4 pounds 12 ounces and i went to the dr. yesterday b/c i was spotting and foun out that my Dr. said I'm a stretchy 2cm dilated so i guess that mean i'm 2 to 3 cm dilated and i still have 6 weeks to go but she told me anytime after next week he'll be fine and that almost 5 pounds at 34 weeks is a good size. I have to go back to the Dr. next week to get checked and stuff again.. I have a feeling he's going to be here by mid-June which is fine with me cause the sooner he gets here the sooner i can get him check out for his Agenisis I don't know if i ever told you or not but he is missing his left kidney but oter than that he has no other birth defects but he;s going to have to be monitored throughout the rest of his life but he should be able to live a normal life.... Well I'll talk to you soon....

Hey i found you again... I love they way they have this web site set up now it is so nice. So how are you doing? I haven't got a chance to talk to you in a few months.... I found out that it is a boy and he has what the doctors are calling Unilateral Renal Agenisis he is missing his whole left kidney but he is perfectly healthy his right kidney is compensating for the both of them and he has no other birth defects that are present with an U/S i go tuesday for another one to see how he's doing. I was told by my doctor that i may need to be induced depending on how much he weighs at this U/S 4 weeks ago he was 3 pounds 9 ounces and had gained over a pound in less than four weeks so I'm curious as to how big he will be this time. Well i hope to hear from you soon and I'm looking forward to an update on how your pregnancy is coming. Talk to you soon....

when they drop you can see it in the mirror and around you will notice it and the best part is you will be able to breathe so much better and eat a little more ( not so good always ) lol but as for the shoulder blades grinding i would say that your baby head on your pelivic bone ... is is a heavy feeling and alot of pressure to where at the end of the day it hurts to move you hips..

as for size of baby they estimate baby so who knows with that one

I too am short, 5'2", and VERY short waisted. My first baby was a 10 pounder and I'm still here to tell the story after deliverying him vaginally :) Won't say it was easy, but I wouldn't get to worried about it. Worrying will only make it worse, and I'm sure everything will turn out fine. I'll be praying for you :) hugs

My little guy weighed 4lbs 1oz on Monday at my US. The US lady made a guess that he would be between 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 lbs at birth. I just pray that he wont be any bigger than that!!!
