Opps just realized to do this here. i was making comments on my page. de de da deee. in any case, i have a son, Pedro-11, in his first year of jr high..ahhhh. a son, nicky-9 whos in 3rd grade. and a stay at home mamas baby girl, Shayna (Hebrew for beautiful) who is "my test". love her to death- eats, bathes, sleeps, and usually even goes potty with me. but. let me tell you- she is NO ordinary 2 year old. diva is more like it. very smart, just to give a quick example- at 9 months old i put her in her room with a gate up-which i never do, but i had to get some painting done and the boys weren't home. SO, she throws a pillow over the gate(to cushion her fall) puts a ride along toy in front of the gate, climbed on it and jumped onto the pillow. all so she could walk to the fridge to get her sippy cup. crazy girl. both my boys are really smart too, straight a's/b's yet the most popular kid in class. so far so good, we shall see. i really hope i have a boy, one queen bee is enough for me. but i will gladly have a girl, if meant to be. kids are excited about the baby, typical concerns- will you have time for me.... at least we communicate well. i HATE the first trimester, and the last month. everything in between i LOVE. but, its all worth it. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!! :}

This trimester has been the worst, so far. Nausea, vomiting, extremely tired, heartburn.... the works. cant wait till next month. hoping it will get better. we shall see.... this will all be worth it when i look in my baby's eyes and fall in love all over again. i wont even remember this hell. in the meantime, i just hold the kids i have and pray.

Thursday, Nov 22

Symptoms getting lighter. if this was all i had to deal with this whole time id be cool. but since the last month has kicked my ass, my body is overly sensitive and this still sucks. but still very grateful for the 'break'. Going to the doctor on tues. MUST HEAR HEARTBEAT. very excited, very nervous. good thing there is a holiday and a 5 day weekend for the kids. that will keep me busy. crossing fingers all goes well. getting very attached to the lil peanut! Tuesday, Nov. 27

Symptoms are getting better. same as above. feeling yucky. NO HEARTBEAT at doctor today. kinda scared. hope to hear something next week. must admit little nervous. really was looking forward to that extra reassurance of hearing the baby moving around and having a heartbeat. arrrrrrrgggggggggggggg!!!!!!

Saturday, Dec. 1

Went to hospital last night, had BAD cramps. They said its stretching and a possible gi virus. They did ultrasound and baby was bouncing all over and head butting me. Test said I will be 12 weeks on Mon. WOO HOO!!! Still HURTS, but glad peanuts all good. I knew I felt the munchkin kicking all over. Started feeling kicking last Saturday. That makes me feel alot better.

Tuesday, Jan.1

Cant write much, kids are home for vacations for 2 weeks and keeping mommy busy. Want to say hello to all! Baby is moving lil here and lil there, calmest kid yet. Feeling SOOOO much better, finally. The past week has been the best in while. Weeks 4-15 hell. Now, starting to feel human again. Write more after holidays settle down. Decided (I'm almost positive) that I dont want to find out the gender. My appt. is on Feb 4th to get another u/s and my husband will find out gender. P.S. Getting HUGE!!!!!!!!!

i don't know why, but the really young ones always find me and want me to give them advice.....i feel selfish saying that it freakin bugs me and i'd rather not talk to them......they always say things like "i'm so fat and ugly" "i'm not with the baby's daddy, we broke up yesterday", "i can't wait to have another baby" etc. COME ON! i have waaaay more important things to worry about at this point.

That is so funny that you said something about the bday being 6/7/08!!!! That is exactly what my husband said!!!! I think it would be cool too!! Thats the date I'm shooting for!!! Hopefully my doc will feel better about it my next appt on the 5th. I really want that bday too!! How easy would that be to remember??? My doc already guessed my baby being 8lbs so she'll probably be 9lbs!!! Wouldn't that be funny if she was born on 6/7/8 and was 9lbs 10oz!!!!

Your kids are so cute! I noticed that you are naming your little boy Elijah too. I was letting my mom pick the middle name but she's not doing a very good job. I really like Nicholas, Ian and Evan but there are so many to choose from. I also noticed your son's name is Nicholas and my sister's name is Shayna too. She even has the same diva personality as your daughter when she was younger. Don't worry though, she grew up to be very independent with only a little diva in her. I don't want to steal any of your names but do you have any middle names that you were thinking about paairing with Elijah that you're not going to use?

lol thanks for the comment on my belly. i dropped at about 33 1/2, but each week it feels smaller and smaller. its kind of annoying lol, because its getting bigger and bigger still. and no :[ im not breathing better, because im so short! lol. last week he said he could feel her head, but she still is up in my ribs. this is not much fun lol

I agree with you, but there are too many children out there who need homes if you want a big family why not adopt, instead of bringing more babies in to the world??
