Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Oma, sorry to hear that your baby is still breeched. Did you already have your appt? Is this the latest news?

galeas - Tuesday, 10 June
I think mine went back to her comfy spot (breached again) under my ribs, I feel her lil'head on my upper side again....great I was hoping she had flipped. Well, we are on the same boat babes, I'll keep ya posted, you do the same. I have an appt. this Friday, hopefully the Dr. will have soemthing more to tell me. My belly hasn't dropped yet either, I keep reading (in the 34 wk forum) about all others who have already....I can't wait, I just want to see signs of labor coming soon already!!!! I'm hoping to give birth closer to the 37 wk rather than later.

Hey oma, no worries there's still time for you lil'one to turn. Mine was breached last I checked too. I think she turned but I wont know till Fri. for sure. I hope so, I too am so worried about getting a c-section....for so many reasons. Mostly b/c the recovery is very long and painful. I do keep hearing that a lot of babies do turn on their own the very last minute. My Dc. gave me until the 36th week before we start talking "options" if she is still breached. 1st option will be them manually turning her. A lot of ppl aren't up for that as I hear it an be painful and they can turn right back afterwards but I'm def. trying everything before I accept a c-section. Keep me posted on your progress, I will too. Good luck, hope you lil'one turns soon

Hi Hun! sorry you arent feeling well :(
I dont know if this interests you but...instead of buying my mat clothes new...i went to consignment stores and found really amazing deals on things that were barely even worn! Im just saying that cuz...we havent long to go and who wants to waste their cash on ugly mat clothes! just a thought! plus...they are already soft instead of trying to break in new ones! haha!

Hey you, I saw your comment on Week 29 about not being able to sleep well, and I thought I'd pass along something that's helped me...Its called Natural Calm - and you can find it on just about any health supplement website or at most health food stores. It is a powder magnesium and you can take it like a hot tea at night before bed. I swear by this stuff. My husband takes it every night too, and now my little brother called me and wants me to buy him some more, because it helps him sleep soundly through the night too. Magnesium is essential for our bodies, especially for us pregnant ladies, and its got a natural "calming" effect...hence, the name, Natural Calm. :) DON'T GET PLAIN though! The best flavor I've found is either lemon or the raspberry lemon. I hope you can find it and try it because it really helps. Good luck!

Like you my partner and I are apart at this time. I know how you feel. The silent treatment hurts a whole lot more when you're away from each other. When I can't take it I give in. I call him up and apologize. I put the blame on myself whether I believe I was right or not. That usually helps him get over whatever the issue was.

hi how r u

Hey, I lived through that scare yesterday and boy... it nearly killed me. The baby wouldnt stand much of a chance if it came out where I am either and i was writhing about in pain. just couldnt move. Thankfully my mom in law (she is the worlds sweetest angel) who also happens to be a doc sat me through it and held my hand till i felt better. turns out it was only gas. But while it lasted, i was traumatised.

My Dr offers the 4D ultrasounds but I have to pay extra. They said that since I have to pay the best time to get it is between 28 and 30 weeks because they can get some great pictures and you can basically tell what your baby will look like when he/she is born!

JennSever - Thursday, 27 Mar
i am sorry your having such a tough time sweetie..were all here to listen to you or you can personally email me if you like..let me know and i will give you my address...hugs..jenn

Sorry to hear you have a bad cold. I had the flu in Feb and now hopefully at the end of a terrible cold. If you are coughing a lot the Dr can call you in a cough medicine that is clear and it helps some. It helped me get to sleep but I would wake up a couple hours later coughing and I could only take the medicine every six hours. I also used some approved allegy and sinus medicine to dry up the drainage which also helped with the cough. Just remember to make sure the medicine is approved for you to take! I didn't take any medicine during the day, only at night because I knew if I didn't sleep that I would never get better.

Hey girl! congrats on your pregnancy! I just read your post. I just wanted to say that you shouldnt worry too much about how much weight you gain if you are eating healthy foods. you need to gain weight for the baby and for yourself after the birth if you plan to breast feed otherwise your little buddy will be eating you! haha! Im just saying that from what I understand ( this is my first pregnancy) the weight will come off at birth and during your breast feeding months so dont worry. Have a great day girl!

Alicia23 - Thursday, 6 Mar
Congrats on your baby boy news!!! I have my scan in 5 days time and i can't wait to find out the sex!!! Hope your well, take care xx
