hey there! i was just on the teething forum and saw your post-my son just started teething this past week and baby orajel works great. it may take a couple min to take affect but it works!

Hi My little guy is 10 months old and just started teething, someone told me about some stuff called Gripe Water and they swore by it. So i looked forever for it and finally found some at walgreens they said they can hardly keep it on the shelf. It has been working great for me. From what the bottle says its good for colic, teething, upset stomach and other things so maybe see if you can find some of that somewhere.

karenc suggested I try swaddling, so I have been swaddling my son and he sleeps great. Also, during the day if he falls asleep on my stomach I can lay him down on his stomach and he will stay asleep, and he ends up sleeping for hours so I can get stuff done. I know that is another thing doctor's don't want you to do anymore, but I check on him often to make sure he isn't smothering himself. I hope this helps, good luck!
