Hello, my name is Christine and I'm 28 years old. I'm an Architecture and Accounting student and I got married to my soul mate Carmelo on February 15, 2007, we've been together for four years now. We didn't want to have children for another five or so years after we finished with our school careers, but we were elated when we found out we were expecting.

On June 30th, we found out we were having twins. We saw two sacs and two yolks and I'm pretty sure I blacked out from all the excitement.

On September 7th, we found out that we are expecting twin girls. Not sure if they are identical or fraternal. We will have to get a DNA test after they are born to find out for sure.

Can't wait to meet my girls...I can hardly stand it!!! We already have the names picked out...Isabelle and Aurielle.

My doctors office is like that too, I always see different doctors and nurses, I refuse to see the only guy doctor there though, he pissed me off one day so now I always ask for anyone but him!
Yes I am getting very excited, the waiting is killing me though, I am very impatient!! I only have a week and a half now so I should just shutup and be thankful it is right around the corner!!

yayyyyyyyyy 4 sure. I though I was calling today. Didn't feel well at all. Pressure everywhere...butt, back, along with 3hrs of contractions!!! My meds are slowly wearing off.
The end is almost near!!!! My belly has def dropped too.
Your starting to get the uncomfy?????

yep those girls are definitely getting bigger anyway! i dont see any stretchmarks though you lucky thing! keep it up girl you're doing great! =]

yeah the stretchmarks are a bitch alright...my belly is completely covered now, right up around my belly button! its a pity there's not much we can do about them. the itching drives me crazy, i just put moisturiser on them to try and ease the itch and sometimes it helps a little. do you find material rubbing off the belly itches too? i have a habit when im lying on the couch to leave my tshirt up so its not so itchy but sometimes i forget to put it down again and i ended up scraping my belly on the edge of the door handle!! it really hurt but it taught me a lesson lol! my lower stretchmarks are quite deep and painful too. i just hope they dont expand too much more before the girls arrive.
as for whether im having the babes vaginally or by section, so far so good for a vaginal delivery. twin 1 is head down and good to go so hopefully it all goes ok. i will be having an epidural anyway. if i end up needing a section that's fine too, but i think i would recover more quickly from a vaginal delivery...but we'll see!
that's really exciting that you find out your date! gives you something real to look forward to!

hey sorry about the delay in replying but haven't really been online!
my scan went perfectly, the babies are now about 4 and a half lbs each so doing well. they will be here in no more than 3 weeks!! doc says if i dont go into labour myself she will bring me in between the 17th and the 24th so they will be here for christmas!! its so scary and exciting!
how are you feeling hun? your girls doing well?

the rib pain is normal (i think) well i get it too anyway. and i have a Lot of braxton hicks too.
i am looking forward to my scan tomorrow to see how big the girls are and also to see if i can get an idea of when they might be coming!
does your belly hurt? as in your skin? apart from the stretching kind of pain i feel bruised or something inside. i guess its from the constant poking but its so uncomfortable and frustrating that i cant do anything to ease the pain!!

i saw your pics and Wow you guys really did get a lot of gifts!!
you look really great by the way and i know you always feel a lot different than what people tell you, but you really do!
i know the miserable feeling though, i think i am stretched to maximum capacity, i have a scan on wed to find out the babies weights and i bet they've gotten much bigger again, i can feel it! my belly hurts all the time from being poked inside out 24/7! and i am covered in stretchmarks now too...
