hello! my name is brandy and i live in portland, oregon. finally, after 2 years trying, i'm pregnant! my due date is july 19th 2008.

december 13 2am- feeling very sick! i vomited more than i had in the past 8 weeks! i hope this is not what the rest of week 9 will be like!! :(

december 20- saw my midwife yesterday. pap smear sucked! it hurt so bad. we heard the baby's heartbeat with the doppler! i'm thinking of buying one. next visit is Jan 30th, 6 weeks from now. can't wait to show off my belly!

jan 13 1:30am- 13 weeks and feeling better. water still makes me nauseated but at least i can drink milk now! my hair and nails are growing fast. blood test showed low vitamin d so i will go in tomorrow and pick up vitamin d drops. my belly is huge! my mom looked at me today and said, "you're going to have a girl" :) i laughed and said, "good. we already kinda decided on a girls name." we should find out for sure in february. girl/boy as long as my little one is healthy!
