Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Saturday, 20 September Hi!! Sorry it's taken me sooo long to reply! Haven't checked this site in a while. I will more often now! Elijah is just great! He has been sick which kinda disrupted his little routine.. but things seem to be slowly getting back to normal! I joined a Mum's group which has been fantastic!! It's like having this site but with the Mum;s right there in front of you! All the babies are June born so it's great to see them all together! Eli is getting so big!! He's 7.5kg! He's a stocky little thing! Eli is on breast and bottle... my supply has never really increased but we seem to work just fine! My only sad news is that Wayne STILL isn't here... immigration has made him go thru all these medical tests. It's really awful, he even messaged this morning and sad he was so sad. It's not easy to deal with but Eli keeps me busy. Anyway... good to hear from you!!! Glad to hear Hanna and you are well! sophiesoph -
Thursday, 17 July Congratulations Pat! I'm sure your little Hanna is beautiful. I hope you've been getting some rest and enjoying her. My Henry slept in 3 hour blocks last night instead of his usual 2. I actually felt pretty rested this morning. I hope this is the beginning of a trend! Congrats again & keep in touch! mandalou81 -
Monday, 14 July Hi!!!! We've had success!!! Nmck suggested just holding him still too and not rocking so I did that until he looked sleepy then I ust put him down... he looked wide awake once I put him down so I stayed in the room for a bit and just talked softly to him while I tidied up and folded a few clothes... Once I finished I just said good night and walked out... this was two hours ago!!! I know it wont always be that easy but I'm so happy that it worked this time!! mandalou81 -
Monday, 14 July HI!! Have any of your babies been non sleepers??? Eli was such a good sleeper at first but all of a sudden he wakes up constantly. I was rocking him to sleep but apparently I'm supposed to let him cry for a while in his bassinette so he can learn how to settle himself to sleep... have you ever had to do this??? mandalou81 -
Thursday, 10 July Hanna is a lovely name!! Good to hear you are doing well!! It must be great having a big family!! Sometimes I think Eli gets too much quiet time!! When we go over to visit my nephews (7yrs and 4yrs) they jump around him like crazy and he freaks out a little. The more babies the better I say!! mandalou81 -
Wednesday, 9 July WOW! Congrats on your little girl!! I just love babies with hair!!! Eli has some hair too!! --- I now that sounds strange but all the babies in my family (including me) are blonde babies without hair!! The one thing I was secretly hoping was that Elijah would have dark hair from birth!! It's just so cute! When I was giving birth the midwife commented that she saw some hair and I was so happy!!! Being a Mum is just fantastic!! We've had problems breast feeding but in all honesty I'm over it now, I still want to breastfeed and I still do before each feed but he has a bottle too!! Hope you are well! So what's it like having 4 babies now??? ema -
Wednesday, 2 July hiya pat, i am so happy for you a little girl thats great, i also had cameron on the 24th not so easily thow they started me off on the the morning but at 11pm i had to have an emergency c section because they broke my waters and they were infected so cameron has been in the special baby care unit since then he is doing great thow and comes home tommorow he was 8lb 1 so our stories are very similar how mad, i had to stay in hospital for 5 days but wow are they fantastic over here, i am still sore but i guess that will take time to heal, let me no how you are doing take care emma xx ema -

Wednesday, 18 June Hi Pat! Thank you for the well wishes. How are you doing? Please let me know when your new little one makes an appearance. I'm doing well and baby Henry is well too. We had some issues getting him to gain weight but as of yesterday he's finally made it over his birth weight. He's such a joy - I couldn't in a million years have imagined it to be like this. I hope you're well and not too uncomfortalbe. It shouldn't be long now! Take care of yourself and keep me posted. mandalou81 -
Friday, 6 June I'll definitely let you know!!! Oh I'm tired by the time I go to bed - Last night I stayed up chatting to one of my mates on the phone and then I was like "hope I don't go into labor now!" I guess we have to still make sure we can conserve some of the energy!! Wayne is still soooo faaaar away. It is past ridiculous! Hopefully he'll find out some good news... if not I already have it in my head that I want to go to him after the baby is born! He's so stressed out by the whole thing. We already have had to figure out a plan so he can even see pictures of the baby... his family live on a remote farm and don't have internet but if I ring him when I'm in labor and he drives to the city then my brother's partner who works at the hospital is going to email him pictures that he can check at an internet cafe!!! In all our lives we never thought we'd have to figure out something like that!! I feel sooo much for him at the moment, at least I can be with the baby!
Oh and we've definitely decided on the name Elijah!! So now I can't wait even more to see him!!
I will definitely keep in touch!! You let me know how you're going too!! knockoutmom -

Hey, on the plus side of your hubby throwing away the other clothes you get to shop!!! I have brought new clothes as well as my sister gave me her boys clothes... second hand but they are in perfect condition. So our little boy has SOOOO many clothes!! Monday, 21 April Hi Pat! Hope you've been well. Sorry it took me ages to reply to your post. I haven't been on the site for a couple of weeks. I got the bad news that I have gestational diabetes and I've had so many appointments with doctors and nurses learning how to manage it. I also had to make a couple of trips to L&D with too frequent contractions. It's been scary but things seem to be under control now, knock on wood. How are you? ema -

Tuesday, 19 Feb YAY! I'm back in Oz and back online! It's good to be here but missing London already!! Thankfully the Aussie summer has had a mild turn so it's actually been a bit rainy since I've been back - thank goodness I would have literally melted if it was 40degrees!! SophieSoph -
Thursday, 31 Jan Hi Pat. Good to hear from you. How are you feeling? Still having dizzy spells? I had some dizziness a few days ago too. It didn't last long but it was scary. I hope you're feeling better! I had a different kind of scare yesterday. My big clumsy dog tripped me and I fell down the stairs. I just burst into tears (part hormones & part fear) and didn't know what to do. My husband kept trying to calm me down but you know how it goes. I called my doc this morning and everything is fine so I'm feeling better now. So scary though. Take care of yourself!! Lily. ema -
