A little background on me.... I have been married for nine years and have two adorable children ages 8 and 5 (a girl and a boy). This will be my third child but 4th pregnancy. We experienced a miscarriage in the fall of 2005 and it took quite a while for me to gain the courage to actually try again. Now we are so hopeful that everything will be ok this time around. I've been so anxious..trying to take each day as it comes. So far, everything has looked good. My next appointment is July 3 and I can't wait! Good luck to everyone. I find this website very helpful and encouraging!

July 5 Just had a routine appointment on the 3rd. Thanks to God, everything was fine. Just hearing the heartbeat is such a relief! We have waited a long time to tell our kids but we told them the news after this last appointment. They are excited--Olivia is hoping for a girl and sweet little Roman just wants the baby to come out healthy! He said he would like a boy but would not mind if it was a girl. Can't wait till my next appointment which will be a Level II Ultrasound to check for structural things. I think we are not going to find out the sex

July 25 We just had an ultrasound yesterday and what a joy and relief it was to see our little one moving all around. I haven't really felt any movements up to this point so seeing the ultrasound was so reassuring! We said earlier that we didn't think we would find out if we are having a girl or boy but I guess our curiousity got the best of us! Plus certain parts were hard to hide--even to the untrained eye!! So we are delighted to know that we are expecting another boy. Now to start thinking about names!!

July 30 I am finally starting to feel the little guy move with more certainty now! Yay!! I've been waiting for these little wiggles and jiggles--they give such peace of mind. So far there is no pattern to the movement...just random little jolts here and there throughout the day. Tonight we are going to see John Mayer so we'll see if that gets him kicking!!

So ladies... yep, it's really ME! Here's a short version of THURSDAY... had the amnio around noon... went into labor around 6 p.m. (believe it or not, it was rather exciting since I have never experienced any of that before) Dr. came in and said, he wants to come out today, so let's let him show off alittle bit. So at 11:05 p.m. on the 20th, our sweet little man was born. I just got home hours ago, and will put up more pix later - but have added a few now as well. I LOVE YOU LADIES - YOU ARE ALL SIMPLY THE BEST. All my love! xoxoxoj

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MY DEAR! Congrats on the 10 year mark - that's wonderful. It is funny how things change so drastically - Tahiti vs. a little road trip. I have to say it does sounds like a wonderful weekend you have planned, I am sure the kids will love it. Next time Theo is sitting there with you, give him a litte smooch for me. I just love looking at his little face. Only 14 days left for me - can't wait. Hopefully the hernia pain will lift quite a bit with all that weight pressure off of it - I hope anyway. Sounds like things are goign perfectly there for you guys. That's so wonderful. i can't get over how flippin' cute he is - what a sweet little face. Only 18 17 days left for me and I can't wait. I have had a few mental adn emotional breakdowns lately with the hernia pain and all. But, knowing that he will be here soon keeps me going. My gosh, I hope I can 'do everything' once he is here. I get that overwhelming feeling once in a while that I am in way too deep. But, I snap out of it pretty quickly. How's business going? I am so glad to be hearing from you again. Oh Julie, I am so sorry about that u/s... I was excited to hear about it too. I bet Roman was pretty let down. What a bummer. I know what you mean though, it's hard to complain at someone for forgetting to code it, when they are doing you a favor! When does your Dr. come back? Hopefully soon so that you can reschedule that. I just put a pic up from the u/s yesterday... I think it's so funny and original. I can't wait for the 20 week now... It will be Nov. 21st. Hey sweetness! Yeah, I have a buddah belly now. I love it and definitely embrace it. There's just no hiding the darn thing. I completely understand how things can get so busy that this becomes secondary to say the least. You never have to worry about getting back to me... I will always be here. Hey sweetie! I miss you and it's all been my fault this past week. I came down with an awful bug and couldn't shake it. Then it was Abby's bday too. This is a much better week. I am so happy that my ms is going away... still get waives of it once in a while, but my energy level has improved so much. Won't complain at all. I love the new pix from Vegas - you look perfect! What a beauitiful belly you have! BTW, can you give me your website address again? I am desperate for it. I thought I saved it in my favorites, but it's not there - I need to order xmas stuff already! I am trying to plan ahead a bit so that it doesn't get the best of me. No worries on the spanish cd...
