October 14, 2007 My husband and I have been married 5 years. This is my third pregnancy. I am a mommy to a beautiful 2 year old little girl named Peyton. In April 2007 I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks. I had a partial molar pregnancy. This pregnancy came as a complete surprise. We have used clomid the last two times to get pregnant. Even with that it took over a year each time. Why is this time a surprise?? We were not trying and we were using condoms every time. I guess God truly does decide for you what is best. My husband and I are really excited and scared because of the last 6 months of our lives. I have not only been through the original D&C in April but I have had 2 more surgery as a result of complications. We were told not to try before January 2008. I hope when I call my Ob/Gyn on Monday he doesn't freak out. I'll keep you posted!

October 15, 2007 My Ob did not freak. I just have to take extra precautions including going to give blood tomorrow and Thursday. They need to make sure my HCG level is rising properly to insure a solid pregnancy.

October 19, 2007 Well they put me on Progesteron. Mine was 14 on Tuesday. They said they would like to see it up to 50. I went back Thursday. Results came today. Everything had more then doubled. What a relief. I have to go back Wednesday for more bloodwork. They said every 10 days will be bloodwork until I am atleast 10 to 12 weeks depending on my levels. Hope things continue to move along well. I was really sick this morning as a result of the medicine. I hope that subsides.

October 24, 2007 Today we had our first sonogram. They normally do not do one this early but he wanted to check everything and make sure it all looked good. I am 6 weeks and 1 days along. Everything looked great with our little peanut. The heart was fluttering. We are very excited. I was scared to look at the sonogram but it was wonderful to see. I go back in 2 weeks for another sonogram and regular 8 week check.

November 9, 2007 Today we went to the Doctor. Everything looks great. The sonogram showed a healthy little baby. It was awesome to see the little heartbeat. Our daughter keeps saying she wants a baby girl. As long as the baby is healthy and we make it to 40 weeks I don't care what the sex is.

December 28,2007 Today I had my 15 week check. No Ultrasound but we did listen to the heartbeat. It was 146 beats per minute. We go back on January 18th to find out the gender. I can't wait. I really want another girl but my husband wants a boy. Truth is as long as the baby is healthy we will both be happy.

January 18, 2008 --- WE ARE HAVING A BOY!!!!

April 25, 2008 --- Had our 32 weeks sonogram today. Baby Eli looks great he is weighing at 4 1/2 lbs already. I am getting more and more excited to meet him.
