Oh honey I am so sorry! I can't imagine how frustrated and hurt you must be feeling! Like some others have suggested, perhaps you can find a mommy group to join to meet other women in the area. Even though with your work schedule and taking care of the kids I am sure it must be hard to find the time to get out of the house. If you ever need to talk or vent - feel free to drop me a line!

Aww, that is such an awful story. I can't believe that your husband is so unsupportive. If my hubby was out doing that stuff, I'd just straight out kick his ass for it. He knows he'd be in trouble, so he doesn't even play that crap. Sometimes you have to lay down the law! But seriously, as someone else mentioned, I'd explain to hubby that you really need him to be there for you right now. I'd go see a marriage counselor. Don't let him tell you "no." If he tries to, give him an ultimatum. I'd make sure to take some time out for yourself, too because you deserve it! Good luck!

Oh sweet pea, I'm so sorry. Thats awful. I don't even know what to say. It seems that he won't change if he's been this way for so long, but you can do things to make yourself feel good. Maybe there is a mom's support group in your area where you could take your kids and meet other people. Tell your family that you need them, that maybe going on a cruise before you give birth was insentive. And tell your husband that you need him too. And that some marriage counseling is in order. But mostly, give yourself some love for doing so much for so long all alone. You are amazing and you gotta remind yourself of that. Good luck.

Honey! i am SOOOOO sorry to read your message. That just broke my heart. DId he even apologize for not remembering your anniversary??!? I feel terrible. I am glad that you have your pugs:) I am a huge dog lover. We own a pet store that does adoptions and rescues and I love dogs. Dogs love totally unconditionally no matter what. THey don't talk back..they just love you for being you.

I can't imagine what you are going through. I'm here if you need to talk! I wish we all lived in the same city!!!

I only took 2 weeks with my last one and I regret it so bad. We didn't get to bond good like I did with my oldest. I had to go back for financial reasons but it doesn't seem right for him to be able to make you come back. i have no idea what the laws are but it's worth looking into. For some reason, I'm thinking he can't do that. Like I said though, I don't know. Good luck and if there is any way around it then I would take at least 6 weeks off. I work for the school system so I am going to get the entire summer off with pay!!! I'm so happy because I missed so much before.

OMG I would hate it if i only got to spend 2 weeks with my new baby. Your boss must be a man, They just don't get it. HAHAHA I am planning on 3 months at home before returning to work and I know that will be hard to do also, but I will be working up until the due date, I kind of hope she will come early so I can take off even earlier, but not too early.
