Friday, 16 May Yeah...I was just saying that to a friend of mine. Like not having symptoms the last few days is a worry... like "rutrow...whats goin on in there" but then there isnt much we can do about it! So I guess stressing isnt going to help! I do feel pretty bloated and like I'm eating too much...
I agree about having another one asap... time isnt going to wait for us! 2 and then we are done.... :)
I'm high risk as well... End of JULY!!! That seems so far away!!! Then again I get my next one and then have to wait another month after that as well... I'll feel a lot better once I see that everything is growing right on May 27th! Halloween*bean -
Friday, 16 May What a busy business you guys have - and how cool to work from home together. I work at Children's, so we don't have too many trachs, plus they're all small. I can see what you're saying because sometimes with the bigger kids it is a little nasty. But I'd rather suction than wipe butts!!!!!! Especially the big ones!!!
We're going golfing in an hour. 18 holes and walking it! Whoo hoo, good exercise. Still haven't heard from the Doctor's office but I'll call before we leave and give them my cell phone. Thanks for the good wishes. I'll let you know!!!!!!!! tricia -
Friday, 16 May Thanks for replying! Your opinion was highly appreciated! Congrats on your pregnancy!! cathyb -

Friday, 16 May Yippie... someone else is in the same boat. Looking at a lot of the ages on this site so many of the gals are younger or our age with 2-3 children already! After loosing the twins I had this horrible feeling that I was broken and unable to be a Mom...that I had waiting too long. Especially when it took 12 weeks to get my period again. I had never been so happy to see it! I dont have a lot of symptoms this time... but I didnt have to much last time either. How are you feeling? How easy do you think it will be to get our bodies back after this??? When is your next US? Do they have you as high risk??? Halloween*bean -
Friday, 16 May We'll get the results back tomorrow - Friday. Very fast!! Did I tell you I'm a Respiratory Therapist? I mostly work in PICU or CICU but I like to work everywhere. I get sick of the same old same old every day. I know what you mean about getting crap assignments, I see the travelers getting poo'd on a lot, but I don't think they mind too much since they're making the big bucks. :) I'm thankful for three 12 hour shifts, I LOVE having 4 days off. I found out my placenta is *low lying*, close to my cervix. So she said to be chill (no sex, ug!) for a month and we'll check it again. It's not placenta previa and she hopes it will just move back as my uterus gets bigger. The good news is that's where they like the placenta for amnios. Whatever, right??? I'm so excited for a boy. It makes it so much more real to know. Do you want to find out? I really could have gone either way but Rob wanted to know and I was cool with that. A boy. A son, how cool. Now I need to find some really cool nursery sites and start planning!!! Have you looked at all? If you have, share the info. I've only looked at babies R us and pottery barn. wandyful -
Friday, 16 May if all you get is your grandmothers ass you are lucky. I have that and her sinking drooping boobs, and the more I eat the bigger they get and the more my nipples face south. OH MY GOD!!! LOL. 17mummy -
Friday, 16 May Well i havent et because its 11pm. I have only had the pain when i have gone to the toilet and the pink when i wipe. M friend has said it sounds like an infection or an STI. Do you think it could just be that? I am ringing my Doctor in the morning even though i have a midwife appointment later in the day. Vegg!eG!rl -
Friday, 16 May That is too funny that we're both feeling the same today! Lol. Even my boobs aren't as sore--what's up with that?! You're right, it's a good day and we shouldn't worry cuz it probably won't last. Wow-you have a long time to wait on appts and I'm surprised they haven't scheduled lab work. I'll have another ultrasound on the 29th, just to make sure things are growing like they should--my belly's growing, does that count for something?! ;0)
Well, I'm off to eat--hungry hungry hippo here!! :0)
Have a fantastic night! Vegg!eG!rl -
Thursday, 15 May I'm so glad you can relate to what I'm saying! I'm feeling good today--actually had some energy to get some much needed housework done! Now I'm wondering if something's wrong--I mean, I really don't feel pregnant today. Lol. I gotta figure out how to not worry so much!
I have lab work next Wed, then see my doc again on the 29th--seems like forever!!
Can't wait to get outta this 1st trimester! annie3 -

Thursday, 15 May Amnio was today, Wednesday, and it's a BOY!!!!!!! Soo excited!!! And doing ultrasounds at work is the ONLY perk. So you didn't really mean you wanted to work back at the hospital. :) Vegg!eG!rl -
Wednesday, 14 May Hey girlie! I'm feeling pretty good, just tired...and well...fat already. My jeans are already getting tight--what's up with that at 8 weeks?! My spotting has finally quit...but still on restrictions.
How are you feeling?? Halloween*Bean -
Wednesday, 14 May Hey girl! Just wanted to check in and see how the mommy-to-be is feeling and the scoop on the spotting. Amnio tomorrow - and we did another ultrasound at work. lol, soo fun. AND, this baby is totally moving - it's crazy and I absolutely love it!!! krhayes -
Sunday, 11 May thank you for doing my research! You're so much help:) cynthiamarie- -
Friday, 9 May Thats funny LOL - best wishes to you to :) Halloween*bean -
Friday, 9 May I am a professional toilet paper examiner. I still check it EVERYTIME I go to the bathroom, and sometimes that's every 20 minutes! With the ectopic, I bled for over a month. (That's when I picked up my skills on examining toilet paper) In the beginning I was like, "Please don't get heavier" and at the end I was saying, "Jesus - does the bleeding ever stop???" The night of my surgery it started tapering off but I just can't shake the habit. Aigh! I went to a baby shower tonight and had let the secret out. It's funny how everyone just loves a pregnant woman. I guess after the amnio I'll feel better. Less than a week, yay! Halloween*bean -
Thursday, 8 May Oh man, the anxiety that comes with being pregnant. Are you going to call your Doc to get in because of the spotting? I bet it's nothing to worry about. I had a little pocket of blood that showed up on ultrasound in the early weeks. My doctor said I'd spot or it would resolve on it's own. Never spotted and it just resolved as of their ultrasound 3 weeks ago. I guess it was from implantation, or so they told me. Who knows, right? So many different things going on with our bodies. This is the time when we NEED a drink. It's cruel! I love the antibiotic excuse. Very smart! Let me know what your Doctor says about your spotting. Good luck!!! I'm sending you lots of positive energy!!! halloween*bean -
Wednesday, 7 May I'm a worry wart, too! I had to tell a few people right away because there are a lot of things I can't do now (CT scans, etc...) so I made people swear to keep it a secret. I've slowly told a few more people and finally just realized that it's OK to share the good news. But part of me feels like I'm a 15 year old who got knocked up - lol. It's such a strange concept. Once I feel the baby move it will seem more real and *safe*. I swear I felt the baby last week. It felt like someone popping pop corn in my belly - something I've never felt before. Who knows, probably just gas. :) Halloween*bean -
Wednesday, 7 May It sounds like you and I have been down the same road! Even though I'm over 15 weeks and have had many ultrasounds, you still worry. I did an ultrasound at work on Saturday night and everyone (including one of the Doctors) said, "Oh my - that's a BOY!" We'll wait until the amnio next Wednesday before we buy something blue, but I've always felt like this little baby is a boy. We're very excited either way!! How have you been feeling? Any morning sickness??? Halloween*bean -
Wednesday, 7 May Congratulations!! Yay to the 37 years olds and healthy pregnancies!! shelby33 -
Tuesday, 6 May lololololololololol SO TRUE! latasha480 -
Tuesday, 6 May LOL! I loooove the snapshot of the typical Sunday in your 1st trimester! LMAO!!! You captured it perfectly! Congrats on the baby! Looks like we were both starting that baby-making business around the same time! :) HaileyC -
Tuesday, 6 May You know, I swore I was at least a week/week and a half farther along than they told me at the ultrasound... I think it may be off a little bit. It stumped me too :) you're not alone!
