hi. i'm due oct. 10 but we are scheduled to have our son, who we are going to name julian joseph, on september 26 by scheduled c-section. i'm having a c-section because i had a heart attack last year, at the age of 31, on valentine's day. (no drug use, no high cholesterol, no family history, no prior health problems, no hospitalizations or surgeries...yes! it can happen!) anyway i am considered very high risk because i have two stints in one of my coronary arteries but so far, this pregnancy has gone smoothly except for the heartburn. i should add that i live a totally normal life and have no residual effects from the (mild)heart attack i suffered. the docs can't figure out why it happened but i think it was stress. um. that's it.

Thank you very much for your wishes! You son is beautiful. I hope the both of you are doing good. The trips back and forth to the nicu are very stressful and depressing. Im trying to keep myself together but every passing moment I want to cry. I really apreciate your support, Thank yo u:)

I WAS seeing dr sherry jones and she is horrible she sent me home with a pill to make me have the baby and i was in labor and she never should have sent me home with that medicine

Thanks for yiour feedback on the whole heart rate/gender thing. I know it's an old wives tale...I just needed to hear other people tell me that their baby's heart rates weren't in line with it. Not someting I wanted to hear the midwife say at 38 weeks! :o) Best of luck with having your baby!

Aww thanks Poetess, We werent crazy about giving dorothy as her middle name but my hubbys grandmother passed away last yr in october, and were due this october, so were just giving her the name. I love your picture, your so pretty. GrRrR. lol. congrats on julian joseph. Thats a gorgeous name for a boy im sure thats going to be gorgeous aswell. Having any bad mood swings?? Im going nuts, how I wish i could have a schedualed c section i want it over!! lol. your a very strong woman to go through what you have been through and I wish you a life full of prosperity. And with u luck in your future endeavors with julian. !! talk to u later dollface!

Thanks, I really wasn't sure about the BPP. I am starting to get a little more confident about this whole thing. The doc did mention the possiblity of having it done once to twice a week. Which almost seems crazy because I had a sonogram just a couple of weeks ago before the blood pressure issue and every thing was fine except his growth was starting to slow. But he has some strange two vessel cord in which the doc said could make him a small baby.
