Glad to be pregnant again. I am 34 and live in Destin, Florida. I have one son who will be 14 in July.
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since last year. I have had two m/c one of them at 12.5 weeks and one at 7 weeks. Both of them quit growing weeks prior to the that. I had my second ultrasound 5/9/08 where a strong, healthy 130 bpm heartbeat was detected. Just holding my breath to get through the next several weeks and out of the first tri-mester. My clothes got tight at 5 weeks so I am wrestling with the idea of buying a few maternity jeans and shorts.
8/4/08 - Pregnancy is going very well. Baby is developing appropriately and the quad screens came out normal. Looks like our little girl should be healthy little one.

Doing good! Just trying to get my body use to being preggo at 39...lol.. whew! I'm not no spring chicken in my 20's like I use to be.. I get so tired easily now..

Having girls is a lot of fun. They have way better clothes for girls then boys....LOL I love shopping for girls clothes. Girls are kind of alittle on the dramatic side sometimes though......LOL But I love it.

Hey, mine is moving alot also. I feel more movement now than I did last week. We are both due the same day so our progression is pretty much the same timeline. Hopefully mines a little she too.. lol.

Are you hoping for a girl? We just found out we are having our second boy. Small world, we are both very similar as well as the age and work, I too also have a boy and had two miscarriages following his birth. I was worried at first but so far so good. Hope all is well with you too! How is Florida weather we just hit 112 today. Too Hot to be pregnant :)

hi kara how are you? i havent been on in a while, iv been so sick, severe morning sickness and fainting and the rest.. my doc has me out of work possibly until after the end of the pregnancy but i guess its best for me and baby... i started to feel movement almost 2 weeks ago its amazin! have u had movement yet?? how is everything going with you?

hay mama how are you doing girl
well i hope its better than me i am going though something that i can't explain with my marriage my hubby and i alwys seam to argue almost everyday and its because of my son i know that he loves him but i try to do the best as a mother and my hubby find that i put my son frist in things 2 me hes only a baby still hes 4 yrs girl i feel like if i try this way i will not make the other one ok i dont know what 2 do

Well hopefully they will be able to tell for sure the next time. Mine was stubborn on Wednesday. Didn't want to open its legs or move in a positions for us to tell. I have to go back in 3 wks to try again! Good luck!

OMG I can't believe the doctor just blurrted that out with out knowing whether you wanted to know or not. But congrats anyway on you little girl. It is definitly not to early to tell boy or girl I found out my last one was a girl at 16 weeks. She had her butt right up there for the camera. CONGRATS

Wow! That's good. At least you know all his limbs are intact..lol.. how sweet. I felt mine moving this morning while laying in bed. I feel little faint kicks but nothing really strong just yet. The hb is strong though.

lol.. i bet so. My boys are good too. I keep hoping that this one turns out the same too. My oldest doesn't crack a book and makes good grades. Neither one of them get into any trouble (probably because they know I will tear them butts up) I'm pretty firm with them. Love them but I don't cut too much slack when I make a decision. I'm a single mom so I have to have a firm hand on them. Their dad backs me up 100% so they know better.. lol..
