Well...she did do a 3d one at about 12 wks I think but then when I went for the 20 wk scan ...they turned out so bad that I didn't even post them. I hope to have another one in Nov or Dec. ?

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

It's so wierd, all the sudden, seriously, the belly has pooched wayyy out and GOD , the HIPS have done the same. I could SUCK IN at 23 weeks, and just look like I had a fat roll! Now there is no hiding this puppy!

Hi, like yourself I was pregnant with a large fibroid. I was convinced the fibroid was going to affect my baby during the 9 months but I had a consultant who had a lot of faith in me and told me all the way that it would not interfere with the baby. I did have a few pains along the way but anything I felt I blamed on the fibroid. Anyway, I had a baby girl 6 weeks ago and I still can't believe such a beautiful thing came out of me. Anyway, I am thinking now to remove the fibroid. I knew it was there b4 I got pregnant and it never caused me any problems. It was only when I got pregnant is when the damn thing grew. My partner is reluctant for me to have it removed for fear something could go wrong and I have to have a hyterectomy. I would like it out for peace of mind. I was wondering, what did you do?

doctor just told me not to worry about it, theres really no reason that i have it since i fit none of the risk factors really, they wanted to get a good look at her kidneys which took a few ultrasounds and i started NST's earlier than usual but all is looking good. i have my last ultrasound on monday to check the cord and confirm shes head down for delivery!!

Hi !
Thank you so much for your message !!! 25 Sept. I will have an ultra sound by a specialist to look at Eliana's heart. The doc said this was just standard /precaution. Did you have to do this , too ? Thank goodness my doc talked to me after I looked on the internet and told me everything else ( the body structure ) looked just fine ! I am older , but didn't want an amnio. Even now the doc doesn't feel the need for this !! :0)
Thanks again so much for your message. please keep me updated ! I will let you know about the next ultra sound. I feel my baby kick. So she must grow quite well...I think nowadays with so many ultra sounds they just notice more !

My oldest son laid on my nerve for 3 months until he finally dropped. I found that being on all fours was the only relief I got. So, that is how I watched t.v. and relaxed.
