had sweep.,,,,nothing but cramping so far:(i have so much faith cause last time it worked, and she was shocked that i made it to this appoitnment, and said i prob wont make it past tonight, unless this abby realy doesnt wanna come out, so i gave in letting hubby home for one reason ( u all know) ...sex, it better work, bleed a lil bit,and head is low olow she can feel it without trying, and she says i wont make it to next wks appointment, and to get a sitter for tonoght and go straight home! so wating game...wish me luck

well i know my dr told me 3cm i went into hospital cause she wnated me to get steriod shot and the dr said i was 2cm, but ur dr knows best he knows ur cervix b 4 dialtion compared to now, and men dr and some dr measure differnt and have bigger fingers, if u r dr said 4 then 4 it is!

5cm and 70% omfg, I cannot get over that, I am 3 and 80% and they thought i would of had baby by now,a re u in pain, why have they not broke ur water?
wow when I was 5 cm I had my babies within an hour , i cant belive hes letting u sit at 5cm!

alright, so I went to the doctor this morning and im still not dilated..however the baby is still measuring big- so they have me coming in tomorrow at 930 for an ultra sound to see how big she actually is. then they have me coming back thursday and if im even alittle dilated they are going to induce me that night..so she should be born on friday the 13th.. However, If im not dilated still.. shes not going to let me go past my due date and is going to induce me anyways..so it could me anywhere from 3 days to 9 days unless ofcourse I go into labor on my own :-)

I was induced with my first. I don't have anything to compare it with either but I have read that inducing can cause the contractions to come on harder and a lot faster. They used gel to try and soften my cervix it didn't work so they hooked me up to a drip and started pitocin. I was induced at 9am and by 2pm I couldn't handle the contractions any longer so I called for an epi. After that labour was clear sailing! I was pushing for about 5 mins and had her at 5pm. Would have been earlier but the midwife forgot to check my progress and because I couldnt feel anything I couldnt let them know. Its different for everybody you will be fine. All over before you know it and you will have your beautiful babe

hiya
i have nit been on for a while to big to fit behind the computer desk lol, hubby got back 11 days ago thank god they have him doing guard duty every 3 nights but he is only uo the road so he could be home in 5 mins so thats not to bad, no signs of little man coming at all i am getting so restless now its really hot here and i feel like i have been pregnant for ever i bet you feel the same,and they will not induce me untill i am 10 days over so lets hope he comes before then, have you had any signs yet ? take care emma
