I am here again for my second pregnancy, my husband and I are so excited!! Nothing was as amazing as the day my daughter Daizy Sue was born..... Dec 5, 2008

My husband and I were trying to get pregnant, we were very lucky, it only about 2 months for us to make a baby... then even better news came!! On our first doctors appt, the ultrasound showed that we are having TWINS!! OMG!! At first she thought she saw triplets (and this was natural conception), and we had to wait a week to find out the baby count! We wanted to keep our babies close in age..... and we definatly are now!! Daizy will be about 17-18 months apart from the twins. This is all very crazy, but so exciting at the same time!!

Thanks girl - surgery went well. The bleeding is all but done and I have zero pain. My body is doing what it needs. :) Plus, my little monkey son makes us so happy it's easy to move forward.
So, are you for sure having twins? I haven't read any updates from you. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sending lots of positive baby energy your way!

It's a lot to wrap your head around, especialy when we were just feeling like we were getting a hang of having one! We have two dogs as well, it is going to be a pack house. We keep discussing what type of stroller to get, the sleeping situation for the twins, blah blah blah! we are driving ourselves mad. I keep staring in disbelief at the ultrasound--i still don't fully believe it!! When hubby found out in the ultrasound he said "oh shit!" as a first response, then was super excited. We are just freaking out about the cost of daycare when mat leave is over...omg.
Congratulations to the both of you! It is going to be a big change:)

Yea, a little cow's milk is good. Chocolate milk sounds amazing right now. I think I should make some. That was one thing that I drank every night when I was pregnant. It would make the baby kick so hard. I loved it. Now, it's back to wine for now anyway. I can't remember if I asked you, are you going to find out the sex? Do you have twins in your family?

I saw your post about the sleeping with your LO....I don't have any advice but I just wanted to sympathize with you as my daughter (a few days away from 10 months) is getting worse with her sleep pattern also. She has never slept through the night but now she is waking up every 2 hours for a bottle!! I am soooo tired!!!

ohhhhhhh!!! I bet it's kind of emotional. But just think of the 2 sisters to come. haha! i just guessed that...imagine a house full of little women. can you handle?! anyways, I'm sure it's tough. What have you been giving her in between then...I started waylon on cow's milk at 10 months. But only 3 oz, a day. I just stopped doing it too because I hear it's still too early to do that. He won't take formula but likes rice and almond milk.

Have you been trying a night time routine? What if before you put her down around 9 you gave her a nice warm bath, calming lotion, some warm food, and then cuddled while reading some books? My lo's not on a schedule yet, but I've been trying to ease into a solid nighttime routine. Good luck!
