PD- I wouldn't worry about the milk issue; my sister's had very different experiences w/ both her pregnancies. Some mamas are really swollen and making lots of colostrum right now. Some mama's won't see a drop of anything until after baby's born. I've heard that you should get a nursing bra one cup size bigger than you are now (if C, buy a D). However, most of them are available in a stretchy, no under-wire version and this will allow for quite some growth should your ladies expand upon birth. I would suggest buying one or two of these to tide you over for the first couple weeks, then go out and buy an army's worth once you give birth and your milk has come in.
I got mine at Motherhood Maternity in our mall... was on clearance for $8! I've tried on the ones at WalMart- they're either horribly uncomfortable (underwires KILL me right now), the fabric's loose and gets all wrinkled on my breast (causing my shirt to look funny) or make me pointy like a lady from the 1940's!

Good luck!

I have all kinds of pains, everywhere, in this pregnancy. I'm guessing you mean pain in the outside area of your "hoo hah." I seem to get pains like that when I'm walking or standing too long. However, I've even had them when I'm just relaxing sometimes. I believe I get them with Braxton Hicks contractions. Your male doc has heard everything, so don't be afraid to discuss it with him. Maybe you're dialating a little!

I know that feeling. I think that because everything down there gets a bit more swollen and full, when baby pushes down you feel it on the outside as well almost like they are about to pop out at any moment.

Hi! I had that same feeling a few weeks ago. I kept on telling hubby that my Va-jay-jay was broken! I was told that it was probably the pelvic bone down there starting to stretch and move. It went away after a week or so of it happening regularly. It was hard to even walk sometimes. Hope that helps. Best of luck in the final weeks.

Hi, I hope your baby turns for you. My sister's baby was breech at 35 weeks, her midwife suggested that she go to the chiropractor ( who had taken a course) and that she would be able to turn the baby. It worked for her ! Might be worth looking into if you do that sort of thing. Now she is getting accupuncture to induce labour ! Good luck!!!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Hope that baby turns.....Good luck!

I thought I was the only one with the stomach cramps all the time, I hate it I went to the ER and was told it was a stomach virus... But I have it every day for like the past 2mos... I hate it, I was just wondering today what it could be today, must be part of pregnancy that we dont know about.... Because I didn't have this problem with my son, so I dont, know maybe we need not to worry, but the bubble guts 24 /7 is horrible... I feel your pain

I too have had an upset stomach for the past few days. My guy is head down, but I can feel that I have dropped, so not sure if just the change in position is affecting things?? Hope you feel better too and your little one turns back around!!

Alicia23 - Friday, 27 June
I feel your pain too!!!! I will let you know how i get on on Tuesday, until then take care and try not to worry xx

prittigrl01 - Thursday, 26 June
I'm from Michigan. Yeah, they do c-section's as early as 37 weeks. I guess it could get more complicated the later they do one like around 39 or 40 weeks. They don't take them though until at least 37 weeks. Technicaly you are considered full term then! My little girl has been breech this whole time! My husband told me that she's stubborn like him! I wish you the best. Send me updates and let me know!

Not nosey at all: The midwife gave me a few suggestions to help baby turn. 1) Go on hands & knees (head laying down; and yup butt in the air) - OHH soo attractive. But I'll do anything. 2) Put an ice pack on the very top of my belly. The cold on baby's head might encourage him to turn the other way. I'm on pins & needles wondering if he's turned. I have an appt. on Wed., June 25 (36 weeks). We'll have a chat then to see what my options are. Wishing me/you luck!!!

suziewin - Monday, 23 June
Hello - Im still breech - my doc has sceduled another scan for the 17th July and is going to deliver 28th if no changes. Ive decided not to go for medical intervention to turn the baby - but have been getting reflexology for SPD so she is going to see if she can use this method to turn him/her. I will let you know how it goes - my next appt is in 2 weeks!

marina10 - Sunday, 22 June
Yes...I was kind of hoping for a little earlier start. he he Doc told me I might go into preterm...and then u/s showed everything quite normal. YOu are very right...it is just the way I carry. ;O) Thank you for your response. ;O)

marina10 - Sunday, 22 June
