Well I am now 17 weeks pregnant and i am very excited. I was born in Egypt and i really don't plan on going back. I waited for to get pregnant because i knew if it were meant to happen it would happen and it did. I thank god everyday for this little blessing in my stomach because there are a lot out there who aren't able to conceive children. My family always tells me i have ruined my life because i could've continued school to become a doctor but i let them know it's not about what you want it's about what i want and my child is no mistake it's a blessing and a sign from god telling me that the world should go on. I am very proud of my little bundle of joy and i can't wait for my baby to get here.

I went to the doctor yesterday I heard her heart beat and i went to get some blood test drawn for genetic screening(i hate needles). She looks fine but they gave me a new due date so im actually due August 16, 2008 instead of August 3, 2008. But she is gorgeous and she looks just like me from what i can tell on the 3D ultrasound. I'm gonna name her Imani(believer)Michelle(gift from God) Bryant(Strong One).

Today i am 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant. It is also my husband's birthday. This pregnancy to me so far has been such a blessing. God has been with me through the whole entire pregnancy so for and i dont believe he brought me this far to leave me and i know he never will. But I have felt my little baby kick for the past 2 weeks now.

Happy Easter!!!!!!!Today i woke up hungry as i dont no what...I went to my brother in laws house to eat. I ate so much food that i threw up all over his bathroom...gross. Then we went to my sister in laws house and i ate more food...My baby was kicking when she heard all of the kids playing and i guess she wanted to play too...But it was a good day

Well today i have been playing and talking to my baby. Her kicks are getting a lot stronger than what they were at first. When i talked to her dad on the phone she kept racing back and forth across my stomach and then i fed her then she went to sleep and woke me up out of my nap but kicking the hell out of my side. Next Monday is my next ultrasound and then i get the test results back on fetal abnormalities and i am nervous and confident about the results.

R.I.P Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Well today i went to the doctor and i got my quad screening back and the baby is perfectly normal. So i am very happy about that one. When i went to the doctor on the 31st of March i got another ultrasound. It's A Boy!!!!!!! She told me that the baby wasn't well developed the first time we got the ultrasound to check for the anatomy of the baby and she said that it was a girl then but i had to come back to make sure...well Im glad we did that before i got all girl baby clothes. So I dont know what im gonna name my baby but im gonna make a list for you guys to vote on.

Today i went to a new doctor and they told me that i am 23 weeks 4 days pregnant. This is the third damn time they changed my due date but i always suspected that when they changed it the second time my baby was gonna come earlier than that. My baby weighs a little over a pound now and he is very fat and cute. I think that he's taking on to his father with the little thickness lol. Malachi is my lil fat man and i can't wait to meet him.

I went to the doctor yesterday because for like 3 day my baby wasn't moving much and i thought he was in some type of distress. Turns out the lil man was in there just a playin and kickin. He was just really lazy for like three days and he got really fat. He has a head full of hair like his mommy and thick thighs like his daddy. It looks like he barely has any room to move...CHUNKY BUTT!!!!!!!!!

So yesterday i had to call 911 because i had a gush of fluid leave from my vag. It was not urine. So i was rushed to the hospital because i had some braxton hicks contractions that i thought were real, i was dehydrated, and i have a kidney infection. But through the grace of God me and the baby were okay. So now we are just taking it easy.

I went to the doctor today to get my bi-weekly follow up and the baby is perfectly fine. He weighs 3 pounds and was in breech position. He has a head full of hair like his mommy chubby cheeks like his mommy, and a nose like his fathers. The doctor put a light on his eyes and he scrunched up and put his hands over is face then peeked out of one eye. He also played with his little private part too and his feet as well. His lungs are developing great!!!!! So just waiting until he comes on out now.

My mothers day was okay too. Gotta few cards, and little gifts! I went to visit my mom at the graveyard, it was crazy sad to see how many people was there, maybe because this was my first year ever going to a graveyard. And then we took out my gma, she always cook sunday dinner for us every sunday so since it was mothers day we took her out! : )

Girl i've been doing so much running around this week...shopping and what not...it's a work out on it own...my calves and feet feel like i was runnin a marathon...however still no baby....gettin bh contractions...feeling lots of pressure below but still no water breakage or the real deal contractions...:-( ...i'm hoping that he comes next week...i started doin squats...i just want this baby out!!
