Sounds like you just had some spotting from getting your cervix checked. Your doctor should have warned you that you may see a little spotting from the exam. I have been examined by two different doctors. One did not hurt me in the least bit but the other doctor hurt like hell. I was very crampy afterwards and had spotting.

if the pains are consistant then it could be labour. But i know for a fact that if the doctor pushes at your cervix in a certain way you will get period cramps!!! that happened to me once getting a pap smear! it sucks!

If you were 1 1/2 cm he probably just tried moving you along. Just keep an eye on your back pain which could be mild contractions.

one nice thing about washington is our summers are nice...not too hot. i can't be here for the summer..too damn hot! i couldn't imagine bein preg in the summer...that would suck. yea it be hurtin when they check you. did you spot afterwards? i was all crampy. i don't kno how long stretchmarks take to fade...some peoples don't tho which sucks. just hope ours do :)

Yeah, I do work... still working 40 hours a week as a matter of fact... Would LOVE to go out but my doctor says he really doesn't see any need for it... Thanks for the comment, I think you are soooooooooo pretty you remind me alot of my kids aunt... I think it's your dark color hair. But back to your size, girl YES, you are small I think... I have gained a total of 50lbs this pregnancy girl. I am glad I am tall cause I would probably be really FAT, but it's for a good cause. ___ And you are going to miss being pregnant! Wow, I can't say that... I may miss feeling here move maybe but I'm gonna have her here in my arms so that's exciting... It's amaazing cause no matter how many kids you have you are always equally as excited as the VERY 1st time... Okay well I'm at work now until 5 so I better go do something... what...you gotta pool. well i need to come to your house to come swimming then :o) ohh noooo not stretchmarks on your booty! just playin...you will be ok. they are love marks from the baby. after the baby i had alot that didn't show up til after i had her...it wasn't noticeable when i was preg cuz the skin was so stretched. i've learned to deal with them. girl i woke up worse this mornin...i'm waitin til 730 so i can call the dr. they better see me 2day cuz i feel so shitty. i lost my voice n my throat hurts to damn bad. i've been coughin so damn much...n everytime i cough i feel like i'm gunna throw up :( i haven't given her medicine...i think she is fine. but there's not much i can give her i'd have to call her dr. anyway how's that baby doin?? feelin like your gunna pop soon!? oh yea...thanks for commentin my new pix.

im finally getting a belly now, took long enough, ill end up posting my 24 week belly photo up soon and you will see the massive difference between 20 weeks to 24 weeks!
i think i have gained only 5kgs so far, but i still have heaps longer to go, and nows the time when you start to put on weight anyhow. do you reakon you will have your baby early?

I think you are small especially for 38 weeks... So your having yuur baby 3rd and I am due the 2nd. Do you think you are going to make it until then? I don't been feeling stuff all day long today... contractions and back pains... achy pelvis... (LOL) - you probably don't experience any of that you are sooooooooooooo young... LOL. I hate that ish, feels like my food is coming back up (eww!). that's what my future MIL says, that means the baby will have alot of hair, hope its true! lol. wooohooo for last day of work being Friday! I quit my job almost 2 weeks ago =x The money is running out slowly! haha.
