Monday, 5 May I think my baby moved down a little more because I've been leaking just a drop here and a drop there. It is definitely urine, but for the first day that it was happening I was scared to death! I had no idea if it was pee or my water breaking, so don't feel bad. preciousangels2 -
Sunday, 4 May It very well could have been your water breaking. My water broke when I went into labor with my son and I hadn't been having any contractions what so ever. But I start having contractions about an hour or so after it broke. It wasn't a huge gush, but I had sat down to go pee and when I was done it just kept coming and coming and when it finally stopped, I stood up and more leaked out, sat down it stopped, stood up and it leaked again. Then after that it was just a little trickle here and there. I would just go get checked if I were you. Wouldn't want to risk an infection. They like to deliver the baby within 24hrs of your water breaking. Good luck!! Hope everything goes alright! nmck -
Thursday, 1 May Michael is doing really well! We just have to wait for him to be mature enough to try bottle or breast feeding in the next week or so. It might take him time to get the hang of eating, but that is basically his last hurdle! Thank you for checking up on him. I will cross my fingers that you make it through the last couple weeks you have to go! nmck -
Wednesday, 30 April Reading your posts about all of the school stuff you are doing makes me glad to be on maternity leave. I hope you can make it til your leave!! Good luck! Utopianite -
Wednesday, 30 April No, I had to be induced with my first two because I waited as long as I could and they just weren't coming out on their own. I think with my third they were a couple of weeks off on my due date anyway, because I was admitted at "37 weeks" for being 4-5 cm already, and he was 8 lbs 9 oz. The only reason my doctor thinks that this one is coming a little sooner is because he's been measuring about a month ahead of schedule since around 24 weeks. I don't know, maybe they were just wrong about my due date again? I've been at my oldest son's ballgame the past couple of hours, and now I'm in a nice bit of pain every time I move my legs. On top of all the pressure down there, my hips feel like they're going to break apart. My doctor told me that the pressure and pain get worse with every pregnancy, but I don't see how it could be a whole lot worse than this. I don't normally complain, but it really does feel like my insides are going to fall out onto the floor if I don't go and lay down. (Which is funny in a way, because I suppose that will literally happen in a few weeks.) :-) Anyway, thanks for your responce. I'm just glad that someone out there knows how I feel. :-) excitedmama -
Wednesday, 30 April Sorry to hear that you had such a tough day. I know that teaching while pregnant is so hard, but I'm sure you are handling it beautifully. Keep your chin up! Utopianite -
Tuesday, 29 April My doctor's not going to check my cervix for another 2 weeks, and he'll do the strep b test at the same time. I'd be curious to know if I'd started to dialate though, with all the braxton hicks contractions I've been having the last few weeks. I have a question for you, since it looks like we have the same number of kids. Especially after you've been walking around all day, do you feel a lot of pressure where the baby's head is? I almost feel like I need to keep my knees together (as if it does any good). I remember having this feeling with my others, but not until 2 or 3 weeks before they were born. I hope you're doing well, and don't have to work too much longer. :-) JillB -
Tuesday, 29 April I am glad to hear it was nothing. I know, for me, I still want them to tell me why. I don't know why I don't just come out and ask, "So, when am I going to have this baby?" I am sure that would confirm what they already think. I am SILLY!! (like you said) I know they do their job all day every day, but they lack compassion about 99% of the time when I have an appt. Arrghhh!! jillb -
Monday, 28 April Hey again! Sorry, I just read the post about your spotting starting again. Sorry! Let me know what the doc says. I am interested to hear if he/she was as nonchalant as my doc. Hope you're good... jillb -
Monday, 28 April Thanks for your comment. I ended up going to the doc this morning since my back was hurting, and she checked me. Thankfully, everything was fine. He's still high, cervix closed. So, I am just going to keep cool :) She said since the cervix is so vascular, anything could cause that. I feel better now that she checked me. Have a good Monday! three-for-now -
Monday, 28 April Discharge like that I would say your going to most likely be WELCOMING your little bundle of joy to the world real soon, maybe a week? Take care and hope it works out for you :) sargsmom -

Monday, 21 April Well my doctor told me last week that Hayden will gain an ounce a day from now on! I was in shock. . looks like we will have some big healthy baby's! HDugan26 -
Monday, 14 April Oh...boy I can relate to that! I found out I had pneumonia on Saturday and literally had a freaking break down thinking I was drugging my baby, he wasn't getting enough oxygen and then the guilt factor of not going to work! So my hubby goes over to help my neighbor with his lawn all day Saturday until 10pm while I am crying and coughing...and all I wanted to do was yell at him! Not that he could have done anything for me here, but that didn't matter! I just wanted to be mad at someone else! Sorry for the long story...but on the other hand I would have been completely offended at coming out of the blue at you with that! Especially when he is familiar with your hubs. We only have a few more weeks! I'm just hanging on to that! missygirl -
Monday, 14 April Ok, thanks...I was thinking it meant 4 feet, 5 i nches! missygirl -

Wednesday, 9 April Oh I haven't heard of that 1. I tried the Tylenol 3 last night and still have my headache. I'm beginning to think it MAY be allergies. But I have never had allergy problems before, so I'm kinda bumfuzzled..lol pregnantwithmythird08 -
Tuesday, 8 April I bet it was Tylenol 3. Yeah we have Imitrex samples here at work, but it hasn't turned into a migraine yet. Hopefully it won't!! thank you for seeing my comment I was beginning to wonder if I was invisible..lol :)
