CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE MOMMIES TO BE!

Hi, my name is Tracey and I am 8 weeks 4 days pregnant today! I am married to a wonderful guy John who has a TON of PATIENCE with me! GOD BLESS HIM! I have had trouble with previous pregnancies in the past...2 miscarriages. I have an ADORABLE LITTLE PRINCESS named Rhianna who is 4 yrs old. We just had our first ultrasound done on March 10 and got to see the little "PEANUT" and its STRONG heartbeat of 175!!! What a BLESSING and MIRACLE! My due date is Oct. 18, 2008.

I want to wish everyone well! Please take the time to take care of yourselves and RELAX! Much easier said than done I know! NO STRESS LADIES!

Well YAY! Thats awesome to know you confirm that im actually feeling the little one~ I thought i was insane for a sec! Ya i had the glucose test already i dont think i was suppose to but its all good i guess hopefully i dont have to do it again cause it sucked having to down that sprite crap! Ya i find out the gender like at 21 weeks cause they were booked up. All good i guess i will be patient! scared to drink all that water thou cause i always have to pee! Well im glad your feeling well! Im feeling good, but work and pregnancy are not really fun! And im going to school so thats another obstacle! So is your daughter a big help with you being pregnant? I know when my mom was pregnant with my lil brother i was like 13 and i would want to touch her stomach all the time even in public and that would piss her off she wasnt really nice pregnant!lol Well YAY im happy ur doing well! Cant wait to find out what your having!!

So I started feeling like swirlys in my stomach if that makes any sense!lol Like under my belly button probably further down, it felt like the baby was doing somersaults! PLEASE tell me you have felt that!lol Well your so lucky you get to see the doctor in the beginning of June i have to wait til the 24th! It seems like forever but so close at least its less than a month away!lol

Hey! I go for my big u/s on June 11th...I'm counting down the days!! How have you been feeling? I've been good, just really tired still. I've never gone to bed as early as I do now!
I also got my tests back, all was good for me too. I agree, it wouldn't matter, just wanted to be prepared ya know? I've been using my doppler more now b/c I had that scare at the DRs the other day. But I guess that happens a lot, the little one just moves around too much! Guess its better to be active!

I have been so busy lately, getting ready for summer, painting furniture for baby room, etc. I haven't even had time to look at this site in almost a week. I am doing great though. I know it's early, but I am positive that I feel movement. Its almost like a flicker, a twitch in my lower belly. I'll feel a few of them in succession and then nothing for a while, and then it feels like a roll or wave. Craziest feeling in the world, but I love it!!! I have my next appointment tomorrow, so hopefully we schedule the ultrasound then. We aren't going to find out what we are having, so I suppose this one is more exciting for others than me. I am excited to see my baby though. The last ultrasound, it resembled more of a shrimb than a baby. Now, I'll get to see legs and arms, fingers and toes, and hopefully get a nice profile shot. So exciting. I'm kinda bummed that I'm not really showing yet. I was hoping to have a belly that somewhat resembled a pregnant belly by this point, but I'm sure by 20 weeks I'll have a definite something. Just have to put up with the pudge for now. Your belly is so cute. I'm jealous. I'll have to get another profile shot to put up on my site. Not much different from 14 weeks, I think, but I might be surprised once I start comparing. Hey!! I'm back from Vacay..and a little bit glad!! WAY too hot and humid!!..My Big u/s is May 29..I cant even think about it I am so excited!! I'm so glad to be in week 18!! I'm finally getting that little belly!! I didnt end up getting the tests...Bothe me and my sister (we're not twins) were supposed to be born with spinal defects and d/s and ended up with my mom worried so much for no reason because we were both 100 % healthy...so I figure for me ..I wouldnt do anything thing about it either so why psyc. myself out ( I am way too much of a worry wort!!) Anyway it was good to hear from you :) I cant wait for you to find out too!!! You better tell me!! Maybe we'll both be having girls..I have a strange feeling thats what I'm having :)

Congrats on getting your BIG ultrasound scheduled!! I'm so excited for you that your doc forgot he said 22 wks!! Good thing your little peanut was moving around a lot!! I know it's disappointing not to hear the heartbeat for to terribly long, but at least it shows you your little pumpkin is doing great! Congrats on the tests coming back negative! I'm not having any Braxton Hicks contractions yet, but I am having a LOT of stretching pains. My uterus never gets hard though. I'll let you know when/if it does. My stretching feels like I'm just really bloated. Like a balloon is blown up and keeps getting more and more air put into it. I can't really describe it! It also feels sometimes like the baby is using my uterus as a diving board to kick off of. CRAZINESS!!

I am marking the calendar for you! I'm so happy for you!!

I found out today that I need to pack up my classroom and look for another school. My principal said there could or could not be a place for me in August. He said that I should probably look elsewhere just in case. I'm going tomorrow to talk to another principal at another school here in town. We'll see how that goes! Wish me luck.

Hey there! Sorry, haven't been on here in a while. I'm good! Glad to hear everything is going well with you! Yay for your U/S!!! Now you have something to look forward to! I can't wait either! Trying not to get too excited just yet cuz i know if I do that's all I will be able to think about! I know the night before I won't be able to sleep and am not going to want to go to work Friday! Ha!
I have also been getting a lot of stretching and pulling. Right at the bottom almost under my belly I get them. I rub it and it usually only last around 30 seconds or so, but very uncomfortable.
I'm excited cuz we finally decided on the furniture and ordered the crib yesterday. We have kinda ordered the glider, but have to call back tomorrow to be first to get it. Will prob order the dresser in a month or so. It's pretty expensive and I don't want to drain our savings account all at once! My tax rebate was around 2K so that is going towards the furniture, but that only really covers the dresser (which is a 6 drawer dresser, a hutch and a changer in one). Well I'm glad you and your baby are doing well...we're almost half way there now! I feel little kicks at least a few times a day now! This is so exciting!

I'm doing great! I feel fantastic, however I am stretching A LOT! I am sure I'm probably not having twins, it just startled me a little when I heard two heartbeats at the same time on opposite sides of my uterus. I'm sure one had to have been my own or the placenta, and the other was the baby's. I had just never picked up two heartbeats before so I was unsure.

I can't wait until my BIG U/S to see our little pumpkin!! Less than 2 wks away!!! On another note, I went to a town-wide garage sale yesterday and got a LOT of GREAT stuff! I went to one garage sale and the lady was selling ALL of her maternity stuff!! Her tops were my size, her pants were way to big in size. They were all in excellent condition and were from Liz Lange collection from Target and Motherhood Maternity!!! So I bought $18 worth (at $2 per item) and they were also selling a trashbag FULL of Avent bottles w/ all the various nipple sizes for $15!! At another garage sale I bought two embroidered burp rags!! And finally, one garage sale had a BUNCH of name brand baby clothes, so I bought some Gymboree and Children's Place outfits for 25cents each!!!!!! I had a GREAT time!

I had a dream last night that I had a perfect baby girl! I guess it's because I bought so much boy stuff yesterday! ;)

Tomorrow is my last day of school!! I still dont' know whether I'll have my job back next year. I'm going in tomorrow and asking if I should wait and see what happens, or go ahead and pack everything. I'll just take all my tubs incase...

LOVE the new belly pics! There's definately a baby inside!! I'll post some new ones soon.

Glad you were finally able to reclaim your house! ;)

I'm LOVING my doppler! I use it every night. My husband laughs at me and says "you know it's still there, you can feel it". I tell him I'm just trying to get my money's worth! :) I actually took it to work with me so the girls at work could hear the little pumpkin's heartbeat!

He/she had been moving constantly!! He/she does take plenty of naps, but when it's active BOY is it active! Occasionally I get a sharp pain which feels like the baby has used my uterus, bladder, or wherever to kick off of! It makes me happy!!

My Mommy's Day was uneventful. I just got caught up on housework (dishes, laundry, etc) However, the day before mommy's day I decided I was going to Oklahoma City to see one of my friends. My hubby didn't want to go with me. So me and my friend had a great time catching up, we went shopping, and went to dinner! It was GREAT!!! My husband bought me a huge potted plant, because his tech at the clinic called him that day and reminded him to get me something. I got a gift certificate for a pedicure from my hubby's boss's wife. My teacher's assistant got me stretchmark cream (cocoa butter). I have also gotten a lot of mother's day cards for the "mommy-to-be". It's exciting!!

Good luck at your dr's appt! I'll be thinking about you, as Monday's also my last day of school! :) I hope they schedule your ultrasound for really soon so you can find out what your little pumpkin is too!! I go for my first and big u/s in 2 wks. and 1 day!! I can't wait!! My big sis is going with me and my hubby to it!! :)

Hey there...how you've been? Did you have a good time with the family? I hope you had a nice and relaxing mother's day.
I had my doctor's appt. today and boy did this baby scare me!! She couldn't find the heartbeat for like 5 mins, and then she finally did and kept loosing it! I was getting soooo nevous! When she found it and lost it she said, "...busy little one!" She finally got it for like 3 seconds and said it was like in the 130-140's. She also said at 17 weeks this little one is already giving me trouble!! I left on a good note as I scheduled my big u/s on June 11th...can't wait!

My doppler works!! I wasn't using lube, and didn't realize it wouldn't work AT ALL without lube. The baby has a good strong heartbeat. I could listen to it for hours!!!

On another note, we closed on our construction loan and land this afternoon (I took half of a personal day off work)!! It only took an hour, so now I'm just relaxing at home doing NOTHING!!! :) Our builder will be able to get started now!!! I can't wait!!
