Wednesday, 20 Feb I just had my second appointment and everything is looking good but I don `t really feel that pregnant yet.

Tuesday, 26 Feb Well I am 10 weeks today. Not really showing much yet but pretty bloated. This is the hard part. Before you can feel anything and before you know the sex. I can hardly wait till the 14th when I have my next apt.

Sunday, 9 Mar Well I think I feel a bit more preg. I started to eat tons of food and my ms seems to be better. I have my next appointment this friday. It is my 12 week check-up. Hopefully everything is fine. I am too excited to wait.

Wednesday, 26 Mar Wow, all the sudden in the last week my tummy really bumped out! People are really starting to notice that I am preg. now. Everyone is commenting. I am so excited to be showing even a little bit. It helps me to know there really is a little one in there. I have been in maternity pants for a couple weeks now but I think I need to get a few more pairs already. Lol this is really quite fun.

Wednesday, 12 Apr Well almost to week 17. I has been quite interesting thus far. Still no movement as far as I know but it is my first so I don't know what I am looking for. I find out the sex on the 25. I can hardly wait. I am kind of hoping for a girl but I am pretty sure it is a boy. It is just in my gut. I will be happy either way but my husband will be so excited if it is a boy. I wish he could be there when I have the u/s. Living apart during this sucks. More later...

Friday, 17 Apr Its a BOY!

Thursday, 5 June Well I have moved to CA and our house is all put together. Our little one is moving all the time now. He really likes 4 am and 11 pm which is not a good sign if you ask me. I am a morning person but I prefer to wait until 5 am to get up. I started my new job this week which has been really nice. I love it already. Its hard to go on leave so soon after starting a new job but they are working really hard to make it work out for me. My supervisor is also trying to get pregnant so she is pretty sympathetic. Oh and my husband and I decided on the name William Walden Curzi.

Sunday, 22 June I filled out one of those silly surveys so here it is!

Monday, 28 July Week 32. I can hardly believe it is already here. I have felt less and less movement over the last couple of weeks but my Doc looked and says that baby is fine. It is funny I read this site and it says things like movement is at its peek but I would say my peek was two weeks ago and now it is tapering off. I am still working as of now and plan on continuing to work up until the week before the birth. Hopefully it all works out!

soontobemommyof2 is her name I believe. I check her site all the time! The baby is still there and doing much better except slightly anemic. She updates her blogs at least every week.

Trust me, girl; you're not alone. I've gained 43 pounds.. yeah.. I'm ready for this pregnancy thing to be over!! LOL.. I just want to exercise like I used to!! I guess the yummy food and ice cream doesn't help either!

I live a good distance from my hospital too... my DH wants me to pack a bag now just in case. My problem with that is that I wear the few maternity outfits I have now, if I pack today, I will have NOTHING to wear! We are moving in with my parents in Aug just to be close to the hospital in case the baby comes in the middle of the night. I am praying that he will just hang tight until we move!

i asked my dr. about lifting and she said nothing more than 20 pounds

moma2boys - Saturday, 10 May
My doctors told me not to lift more than 15-20 pounds, but I would cAll and ask the nurse to be safe.

congrats on ur masters! i just finished my 2nd year of college and packing to move home. while lifting heavy things the uterus gets enlarged and has a large fleshy placenta attached to it on the inside, what can happen is that a strain on the muscle we call the uterus, can cause the placenta to be torn away from the wall of the uterus.

everyone women is different. but if u start to strain to pick something up or feel ur uterus get tight i would stop. i carried a few heavy bags of garbage just down the hall and i felt a strain in my uterus so i stopped to lay down for a little. (we have a good excuse to make someone else do the heavy work haha) i hope it helps some. n happy moving!!
