this is my third pregnancy and i am anxiously awaiting the birth, so far i am not high risk but with both my other two i was and delivered 4 weeks and 5 weeks early
may 14 well i have another 3 weeks to find out second try to see what sex the baby is, my gut feeling is a boy. little think wasnt cooperating last month, however i just cant wait to be 20 weeks along and am starting a new job next week and could really use the less stress.
may22 ......today was the first time i can actually say i felt the baby kick my hand before it was very suttle movements that were so quick but i am happy to say today the baby did react, yeah! 18 weeks and 5 days
june 3rd IT IS A GIRL!!!!!!!! I WAS SURE I WAS HAVING A BOY BUT NOW I KNOW FOR SURE...
AND I DONT HAVE PLACENTA PREVIA LIKE THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT AT MY 16 WEEK APPOINTMENT
I ALREADY GOT A FEW GIRL CLOTHES TODAY TO celebrate
JUNE 4TH MY SON WHO IS 3 1/2 WAS SO UPSET I TOLD HIM IT WAS A GIRL HE CRIED!!! I THINK HE IS SLOWLY GETTING USE TO IT.
june 26 update so far , my baby girl is moving alot and she seems to be more active later in the evenings. my 5 yr old thinks that this baby is her newest toy,she has folded all the babies clothes talked about how she will hold her to feed a bottle etc.. i just hope i get to hold the baby some !!!!!!!!!! anyway i have my next apt on july 1st and cant wait.
july 3rd it is my birthday and my kids made me cards , although it rained all day it was nice to go out to dinner and only thing that was a bummer was having to go to work but i didnt leave until 730pm not soooo bad!
I had my appt on july 1 and all is well but good news i only gained 1 # from the last 4 weeks ago .yeah! maybe i wont be so huge like i was worried about
july 28 i had my glucose test today just waiting for results i am sure i am fine. cant wait it is getting closer to holding her and she is always moving now it is almost like i will miss it when i have her!
AUGST. 8/08 TODAY I WAS CALLED BY THE DR. THAT MY BLOOD WORK FOR MY LIVER ENZYMES WAS HIGH AND I AM NOW A HIGH RISK PREGNANCY AND I WILL GO SEE A MATERNAL FETAL MEDICINE DR ON MONDAY. BASICALLY I WILL BE GIVEN 2 NON STRESS TESTS TO THE BABY AND A ULTRASOUND EVERY WEEK SO 3 APPT A WEEK AND AN EARLY INDUCTION BEFORE 36 WEEKS DUE TO RISK OF STILL BIRTH. SO I WILL NO LONGER HAVE MY BABY IN OCT BUT SEPT NOW 4 -5 WEEKS EARLY.

I AM ONLY 10 DAYS FROM MY AMINIO AND IT CANT BE SOON ENOUGH I AM GOING NUTS SCRATCHING AND I CANT TAKE IT MUCH LONGER I WORK ONE MORE WEEK AND WILL TAKE THE 3 DAYS BEFORE MY AMNIO OFF AND THEN SHOULD BE IN THE HOSPITAL ON THAT THUR THE 18TH OF SEPT HURRY AND GET HERE I ALREADY CLEANED THE HOUSE

sorry i haven't wrote you back, i have been really busy with the kids getting ready for school, they go back sept. 2 so it's been crazy.spending over 700 hundred dollars for everything. let me give you the run on everything. tuesday went to the doctor, everything is fine with my sugars and the baby. the dr. change my c-section date to oct.9 at 8am a day before. baby boy is about 5lbs. and i lost 3lbs. wedn. took my junior high schooler with me to get her braided with me that took six hours. thurs. went to burlington coat factory to get bookbags and clothes for the kids, then went to staples and got school supplies. fri. had school oreientation with all the teachers, went and got the baby's crib,sheets,clothes and basically all the supplies he will need, also got my supplies i need for my hostipal bag. sept. 2 i have to take my youngest to dr. for his ecezma and do the grocery shopping. now i'm getting so busy with everything it's hard for me to stay on the writing side of things. i'm sorry you got stung by the bee i hope you and your family are well. stay safe.

Thats gr8! I myself have never been to zimbabwe. Dont think i wanna go there anyways. I heard its worse than sa. We got so many refugee's in our country from there, its unbelievable!

Yes i was born here. Lived here all my life. We kinda get used to all the bad things and dont notice it much. What gets to me its when children begs. I hate it. Where in sa were u? My husband is a welder. Not qualified though. We cant really afford me not working but i hope to get work soon after baby's born. I didnt want 4 kids, almost 5, lol. But i'm a believer in the saying everything happens for a reason.

My doctor told me that the baby will gain about 1/2 a pound per week from here on out. That's just what I was told yesterday. Hope this helps!

well i'm taking the blood test today (Friday) for the bile test. i have a doctors appt with my dr on Tuesday, what are the next steps i need to take? meds, ultrasounds, etc.. i'm just so bummed.. God will pull me through this

i have the book what to expect when youre expecting and it says that the average weight gain from now until delivery is about 1/2 a pound...around this time (32 weeks) 4 1/2-5 1/2 is about normal

Hey rae, i just got the news that i have icp.. the last couple days have been bad, i'm so depressed. my doctor did the liver panel test and it was positive, i am going to take the bile acid test tomorrow.. i'm just so scared and worried for my baby. i am also having a little girl..

My feet and hands really don't itch it's mostly my chest and arms but thanks for the heads up I'm already high risk so I definatley don't want to take any chances with anything else. I have an appointment next week and was planning on telling my doctor about my iching.

damn that's alot of appt. for you, my 5 yr. old starts kindergarten too this year so i know what you have to go through. i got a dr. appt. tuesday to make sure everything is o.k. i go every week now, it's crazy when you have other kids to take care of, then yourself and the unborn baby with the appts. it makes you go crazy. i didn't even cook i took all the leftovers in the fridge and made them eat it for dinner, with ice cream. i know i'm being real lazy, but i don't care. keep me inform with everything, i will let you know how my appt. went.

how did your dr. appt. go for you today, i hope it was alright for you. did theygive any good news. i hope you are doing well. today for me has been alot of bh contractions. been getting alot of pressure down there. i'm more worry about you than about my own self. your condition seems more life threating than mines, evev though my placenta could stop working or bleeding at anytime. sorry i have to go now but i got to finish cooking so the kids can eat at 9:30 at night, i am getting more tired than usual, and just want to sleep all day, and be up all night. i hate the end of pregnancy because i get crazy lazy. take care, write to you later.

that is a damn shame that you know more about this condition than the doctor. how can they tell you what you have but don't know how to treat you. also when you go in in on sept. 19 will you have an vaginal birth or c-section. i feel real bad for you, i thought i had it bad, but you have it worse i can't complain at all now.

i am sorry to hear that you have to have the the baby a month early, but that is better than haven't now right. sept.19 is my last ultrasound scan to check the placenta, and to see how baby is growing because i also have gestional diabetes, and gain 40 lbs so far. this pegnancy gave me alot problems. this is why when they cut me open i'm getting my tubes cut,burn, what ever the have to do to keep me from having another baby. it's another boy so i'm complete 3girls and 3boys. my girls being the oldest thank god because i get triple help with boys.my 11 year old always wanted little brothers she got it.

none of my kids are twins, but it feel like it sometimes.they are 11,9,8,5,2. i have to have the c-section because i have plancenta previa, just had an ultrasound two weeks ago and it is still over my cervix. this will be my first c-section.

I've always had itchy pregnancies and this one is no exception - where abouts are the itches and are there any other symptoms (rashes, places....?). It wakes me up - I need to have showers and baths all the time to calm my skin down. What is the name of the test?

I have diabetes while pregnant and have to give myself shots 3 times a day. the dr's are now making me come in twice a week for a nst test. and then i find out on the 28th of aug if she is coming early or not. I hope all goes well with you. keep us updated.

I've read your post in week 30 and I hope you are ok! What makes liver enzymes go up and is this something routinely tested - or do I need to ask for this? Good luck - thinking of you and please keep posting updates!!!!
