It's A GIRL!!!

My name is Raechelle. I am 22 years old. My boyfriend of 6 years is Richard. We have 1 child. His name is Trey. He is now 13 months. I have been lingering around this site reading all the posts for about 3 weeks and today i decided to become a member. I found out that I was pregnant again on March 6 2008. I have a history of m/c so I am very nervous. I am guessing that i am about 7 weeks pregnant. I am not sure because my last af was jan 11 2008 and i concieved while breastfeeding. which means i was very irregular. I took hpt starting about mid february because my af did not return they all came out negative. on 3/6/08 i tested again it was a faint positive. Thats why i figured im 7 weeks assuming that my positive was around 4 weeks. I go to my ob april 15th so thats when i will know exactly how far along i am.

April 15th

I went to my first appt. today. I saw the heartbeat! what a relief! It was amazing. I am so in love with this little one already. Doctor said everything looks great. I get to do another u/s at my next appt. may 13th. He estimated my due date between the 14th and the 16th. At my next visit he will be able to be more exact about it. I guess that is the only good thing about not knowing when you concieved. you get more u/s. cant wait till my next appt.

i posted some of the pics from my 2d3d u/s at 16 weeks they are terrible because i had to take a picture of the pictures i printed. the disk that has all of the pics on it is not in the right format for my computer. i took it to walgreens and they printed all of them off of it. so here is a few of them if you want to take a look. it is the last pictures on my photos

took madisyn to the pedi.....she's on oralyte for the next 24 hours (with little to no formula) and if she still has a fever and diarrhea tomorrow, then IV fluids in the hospital will be administered and we'll talk about admitting her for a couple days to monitor her. thanks for tall of the input....

I've been too busy for pregnancy, but all is calming down now! I went into the hospital the other day when they detected an irregular heart beat. Nothing bad has been discovered, I just get an ultrasound every two weeks until "D day".
My daycare is over and my new house is coming along.
As for the nursery, we are doing things a bit differently. Since my other two babies always slept with me, we just put a a queen size mattress on the floor in our guest bedroom. This is where I often sleep as it's near the boys rooms and Austin often has trouble sleeping. Baby and I are going to sleep in there. I can breastfeed all night long without having to get up or move the baby afterward, plus we won't be bugging my husband who works at 4am. I miss not setting up a nursery, but we found in the past it was just a room I entered for diapers and changing, and not worth the money we invested into it.
Why are you having a C-section? Did you have one with your first? Are you excited to meet your little girl?!

sorry i haven't been on to respond to anyone for the last few days. i have a very important question, tho.....do u think it's normal for my 3 and a half month old to have a temp of 102+???? I took madisyn to the ER friday because she was weak, throwing up, diarrhea, her eyes were really red and tearing when she wasn't crying, and her temp was 102.4..... The ER dr said it was OK and told me to give her pedialite and keep her hydrated and it should run it's course in a couple days. At 4 this morning, her temp was still 102.1...... does this sound normal? He didn't run any tests, just listened to her..... Do you think I should take her to the pedi dr anyway?

thanks hun. Prob gonna get waxed as when i shave i suffer with bad ingrowing hairs. Your c section is on the day im due. Mine hasnt been booked yet, Im already in slow labour so they better get there finger out. I though because im not even 35 weeks they would give me something to stop the labour but all they did was give me steriods for his lungs, they seem quite happy to let me have him now x

Well, If you have the same doctor as your son than I would trust him. Even if she is 9 lbs at least he is monitering her and making sure everything is ok! I wouldn't worry about it! At least she is healthy. :)

The thing with me is I dont want to buy a pump because they are so expensive and I have no place at work to pump. So I dont know how that will work. And like I said my schedule always changes so I cant keep her on a schedule. But I will see what I can do. Thank you for your comment.

Hi, thanks for the responses to my babyshower situation. At this point, My husband and bff are salvaging the shower the best they can. My bff is going to host everything and providing the cake and my husband purchased decorations and favors yesterday, along with us providing the food. We simply have decided to do Rigatoni, salad, chips and dip, pop and a veggie tray. It will still be at my home this Sun. I want to let all of you know that my posted comments on here about the shower were not completely all about the shower; it was the fact that my dad and stepmom hurt me and besically said screw you we don't want to be apart of your life anymore go pick up the pieces from the shower we had planned for you. My husband and I have decided to not reconcile with these people and the cut them out of our lives permanently. My dad had hurt me alot over the years and I just can't subject myself to his dysfunction anymore. I will enjoy my new baby and my own family( hubby and kids) as I have always done as I have said before my husband and I don't really have family from either side; we have both come from pretty bad backgrounds. Anyway, I am super excited about my new baby boy making his arrival very soon; I am 33 weeks today and he could be born as early as 3 1/2 weeks from today if I deliver him at the same time as I did my firstborn Zach and my daughter Alexandra was a 37 1/2 weeker, so maybe at the most I have 4 1/2 weeks left? I'll just have to wait and see I guess. I have definately been having alot of pressure and increased braxton hicks, also my midwife thinks I will deliver early too???? Thank you all for your support and friendship on here and baby dust to you all.

Thanks!!! And i understand what you mean about being worried about when he goes to school and being confused.. I went to school with a boy named Andrew David and he went by David from like pre-k till the day we graduated high school... when we were younger and in the earlier grades and the teacher would call roll on the first day of school he was always scard to tell the teacher to call him David instead of Andrew but as we got older he had no problem telling the teacher "i go by David and would prefer to be called that" and it was never really an issue... I just think you should probably just explain the name thing like "this is your name, but you GO BY Trey, so you always need to tell people so they know" or something like that! When me and my boyfriend first started picking out names we actually liked Carson as a middle name... BUT we were planning on calling him carson... BUT then when we heard Carson Alexander we both just kinda fell in love with it so it has stuck lol!!!
