HI Everyone!!! I found out I was pregnant on November 13, 2007 which ironically is the day my husband and I had our first date 6 years ago!!! This is our first baby. A little boy and we are naming him Kylan Brian. Kylan was my brother's name. He was killed by a drunk driver in 2003, so we felt it was the best name for him!!! My husband Brian and I are so excited about our little boy who is due to come on July 25th, 2008. I can't wait to meet him and look into his beautiful eyes! I am just hoping I could be as good a mother to my son as my mother was to me. If I could be half the mother she is then I'll be just fine!!!

I too have had discharge an have used panty liners lately as well...just seems to be easier...another sign that our bodies are preparing for the onset of labour - yeah! Not long now!!!

I have had this issue most of the pregnancy, increasing toward the end. I have actually taken to wearing panty liners so I don't have to change my panties more than once a day....

Yeah, me too tmi, mine is kinda a creamy color? Been really annoying this week! Thinking maybe I peed my pants and yuck, just this stuff! At least it's not amniotic leaking or anything, I just wish it wasn't enough so that I had to wear a pad or change clothes!

I haven't had any side effects at all. I'm taking 3 a day. Hope it works for you. Tylenol just didn't help much at all.

I saw your post about your condition, sounds scary! I hope you feel better soon, it's hard enough just to be pregnant! My friend wanted me to go to the beach 2morrow am, she has a 3 and 1 yr old and i have a 2 yr old. I am thinking I will have to call it off, there is no way she is going to be able to help me keep an eye on my daughter with her 2 sons running around too, it will be too much, and it will be in the mid 90's sooooo, no thanks. Other than the heat, I am good, ready to have baby now!

Hey there! Feeling good, went to the beach yesterday, think I am done with that until after baby! Hard to walk in sand and keep up with a toddler and feel like a whale at the same time. How've you been? Is it as hot up there as it is here?

That's the thing - my midwife doesn't seem too concered. I made my next appt with my actual OB since I haven't seen her in awhile and am starting to freak out. Maybe no one is that concerned b/c it's only a small %age over where it should be? I should not have read that b/c I think all that stuff is so rare - low % rates of it happening. And he is a big baby - 6 lbs now and still going. I just want all of this to be over!!

Hey- I read you post about the swab test... I asked about it earlier and everyone said it was noooo big deal and painless. They do have to take a little sample from your bum but they don't insert it (which was what I was freaking out about

) . I go in next Friday, so I'll let you know!

Sounds like your little one found his way to your ribs!! I get that feeling all the time when my little princess likes to curl up right underneath them!! Hurts worse when I touch my ribs too!!!!

We are scheduled to meet with the specialist next Wednesday at which time we may be presented with the option to attempt to turn him...I'm a bit freaked and trying to gather as much info on the procedure as possible.

Time will tell I suppose...I'll keep you posted...michelle

I went to breastfeeding class and really glad I did. They had a video on how to help the baby latch on and talked out the frustration trying to get the baby on correctly. They let me know a lactation consultant visits EVERY mom after giving birth to help and give advice, but I'm still glad I went to the class so I'm just that much further prepared.

Hi...went to Dr. today and baby is still breech...frank breech which basically means he's doing a downward dog yoga pose...lol...I've tried lying on the ironing board with my head down and feet up a few times and other than giving me raging heartburn doesn't do a heck of a lot. I'm going to try swimming as well as apparently that can help to turn them. My Dr. has referred me to a specialist as when baby presents breech it is apparently considered a 'high risk pregnancy'...who knew? We'll see what the specialist has to say in the next few weeks, but I'll keep you posted...other than that, its all good...hope the same for you...michelle

We have our Dr's appointment this Friday and I suspect she won't say much for another few weeks. My first baby was 9lbs, so I know this guy will be at least 8lbs. At 5 lbs, 8lbs, 12lbs...I don't think it much matters as its all much like trying on a turtleneck that is 100 times too small...wouldn't you say? This baby not only measures big, but is currently breech so they might have to 'go in and get him'...time will tell I suppose and as long as he's healthy once he's born I'm not fussed which way he comes out. Hope you are enjoying your pregnancy...michelle!
