Wednesday, 29 October does it in any way mean labor is coming soon? kym22 -
Wednesday, 22 October I wish I could just have the baby & have a drink but I don't think you are supposed to when breast feeding. Trust me, the first day I can have I beer, I will!!! preggogeologist -
Tuesday, 21 October Like you I enjoyed a beer or two after work and went to the gym 4 times a week. But even then I meditated everyday. I do a type of meditation where you focus on counting your exhales and when you start thinking about something just mentally note you will think about it later and return to focusing on your breathing. Just 10 minutes a day of this does wonders for me. Its like being in a cave that blocks out sound/light/everyday crap and gives you a few minutes away from the world. kym22 -

Tuesday, 14 October Those Braxton-Hicks are so annoying and confusing. You can start having them in the 2nd trimester. The real thing you will feel in your lower back and pelvis in addition to your uterus. MelissaButler -

Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Tuesday, 9 September Your welcome! Here I will send you an e-mail, that the lady sent me...of the cost and everything. I hope it will help, she called back and I told her to talk to my husband, and she explained it to him, but we just cant afford it right now... mariettap -
Tuesday, 9 September Cord blood: Babies, like weddings, are big business. It's an emotionally-charged topic, becoming a parent, and there are plenty of "services" prepared to take advantage of those emotions. Nothing wrong with saving cord blood. That's not what I'm saying. But there's something about the way they push to make it an industry and a perceived "must-have." They almost imply that you're getting your baby off to a poor start if you don't do it. Kind of an icky practice, IMO. I'll pass. akmomma -
