Saturday, 26 Jan Hi there - thanks for your comments - I did talk to my dr about the size of the baby, and she indicated that it's still w/in the normal range at 13 oz, and that the size now is really not an indicator of how big it'll be when I deliver. thank goodness! I'm 5'3' and considered petite, and am terrifed about having to have a huge baby! But my dr said our bodies will only develop when we can handle... hopefully this little one will slow down a little though! :) Hope all is well w/ your pregnancy! jenniferh -

Tuesday, 22 Jan Congradulations! Girls are AWESOME! I have two (an almost 12 year old and a 9 year old) and they are just cool little girls. This time around we don't really care one way or another, though we could use a boy to balance out the 7 to 1 ratio of girls to boys between my sisters and I. :) samzie -

Monday, 7 Jan Thanks so much for your post regarding thyroid issues. I have hyperthyroidism (which is under control) - the doctor took blood tests for my TSH levels, but I haven't heard anything back. It's awful how many different areas of your life this can affect! I'll make sure to get an update from her to make sure everything is OK. I hope everything goes OK for you and your baby!! zanne -
Sunday, 6 Jan Hi there, i am 7 weeks pregnant now. Thanks so much for the warning. Going to book an appointment with my doctor tomorrow to have my thyroid levels checked. Angelia -
Sunday, 6 Jan I just read your post about thyroid issues. I often post about similar issues. My TSH levels are always fluctuating. It's genetic in my family, last year my cousin was hospitalized because his TSH had him nearly in a coma. My was so high I was told there was no way I was ovulating, so I was adjusted again and got pregnant right away. I'll hope everything goes fine with your child and you. ML28 -

Sunday, 6 Jan I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem a year or so ago. My dr. made sure to watch my levels, not only when I got pregnant, but when we were trying. :)
I hope that everything turns out for you. i wouldn't worry too much. good luck:) margysd -

Thursday, 20 Dec Congrats! I think ultrasounds are the best! I haven't had one since about wk 7 & it's killing me! Won't get another until I'm 20 wks... can't wait. I have heard the heartbeat w/ the doppler though, which is reassuring. Hope all continues to go well for you! venusenvy -
Thursday, 20 Dec Congrats on your pregnancy!! It must be such a relief to have had an ultrasound and to know that things are going well. I won't have my 1st until 01/08 - it'll be wild to see b/c it'll be a full-fledged baby by then.
I have a feeling it's a girl too, but won't get my heart set on anything until I have some confirmation. :)
Take Care
