MY BIG ULTRASOUND - JUN 6TH - CANT GET ANY BETTER :)

After a long wait (not really, but felt that way) it was finally the big day, and we were sooooo anxious to see our lil baby again. We were kinda ready that if the baby didnt co-operate to show the goodies..LOL . But gosh the baby was soooo active, and kicking all over the place and I was really able to relate to the kicks throughout the entire u/s thingy. The u/s tech was laughing at how active the baby was and I asked her if it was possible for us to know what lil baby was, and she said if "it" co-operates. After a few measurements, she was like whoa there you go, and even before she said anything..I knew it...IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL LIL SOCCER PRINCESS ...lol, she weighed 13oz which was very good but too bad that they did not give me the measurement of her they said it was tuff to get the measurement coz the baby was curled up and was all over the place..oh yes she was...my lil pumpkin, I cant really wait to hold her in my arms. The dad to be was soooo happy to see his lil girl yawn, kick and suck her thumbs and what not lol, but he always knew and hardly felt that it was a girl, and yes he was right :) It feels sooo good, and finally we are able to relate to her soooo much like never before, it is a gr8 feeling. We already kinda have a name in our mind for the lil kicker, but still not saying it out loud as we r still debating abt the same. I can really feel that m love for her has grown even more and I CANT WAIT TO SPOIL THAT LIL BRAT....oh my darling lil princess :)

SEQUENTIAL SCREENING - 14 APR 08 - Bubba waved at us :)

We went in for a 1st trimester sequential screening which tests for down syndrome, trisomy 18 and neural birth defect, results will be coming in a week or so. But apart from all that I was really glad that I decided to take the appt coz I got to do an detailed Ultrasound - oh boy what a beautiful day was that - they showed the baby bit by bit, part by part - we saw our lil bubba's face in a much closer view,they showed us his/her lil arms, fingers, legs, toes, eyes, nose, ears, spine, heart, stomach, frontal view of the skull and what not. But our lil bubba was one stubborn kid..hehe..he/she was fast as sleep and wouldnt co-operate with us to measure his skin behind his/her neck even after that u/s tech poking my tummy and rolling me over multiple times...lol, lil bubba was having leg crossed and gave us a wave...it was such a beautiful sight. Both I and my hubby were literally smiling showing all our pearly whites :P. Lil darling was measuring right on for 13wks & 1days measuring 3inches with a good hearbeat rate of 158/min...and YAY we did hear the heartbeat, it was sounding like a train on the track :D, plus after all this fun day they us about 6 beautiful u/s pictures with good profile on our lil baby, cant wait to see him/her soon again...but that is not until May 12th, let the countdown begin :)

Stud is my lil man, he is 2yrs old...very engertic goof ball I think he had already guessed that am pregnant, coz he is become more clingy to me ever since. If I sit he puts his face on my lap sniffs my tummy and licks it and he is does it everytime He is such a relief in my life and I can never imagine my house without him...LOVE YA BABY BOY, I AM SURE U R GONNA MAKE A GOOD BUDDY FOR MY BABY

And ladies, how are yall feeling? So far I have no morning sickness at all (touchwood), sore BB's are also fading away, lil bit of backache(mebbe thatz from me sitting almost 8hrs at work)...other than that it feels soooo normal....I dont feel pregnant at all, and that is starting to worry me.... But is it just me or am I really soooooooooo tired, all I want to do is sleep lolz...plus I cant stand anything sour, and craving for anything sweet, sweet, and sweet only...hehe...hopefully I dont lose all my teeth by the end of this pregnancy eating soooo much sweet...:P
