May 4, 2008 Hey all, here are the pics from both baby showers. I have one more to do with my folks at work. Then that's done. I will be happy to be done with showers. Both were tons of fun. Everyone had such a good time at the one at my house they all want to come back and do something else. We will have a fish fry in a few weeks. Deb

Hey everyone,

This is baby number two for me. Well my 2nd child in 16 years. My partner and I have been together for almost 4 years and decided we wanted to have a baby.

We are both excited and both scared to death. It's been a long time since I changed a diaper.

It's a girl we have named (read below) and she is due June 15th.

Glad to see all the other mommies to be out there.

Hey ladies,I `ve yet to add anything substantial to my page so here goes. Sunday the 24th I will be 6 months. Ryleigh is super active. She loves to kick and do flips. My dad says he enrolled her in gymnastics. Can't wait to meet her.

It cost me 89 to fill up my dodge mini van, its so crazy gas is so mucb, I cant afford it either... must be scary ebing so far from hospital, I am only a 10 min drive

$30? That's awesome! We don't have central air...we have an old house so we have to deal with the wall and window units...I'll tell you what though..they kick butt! It's been close to 100 outside the past couple days and this house has been at 70. :o). No complaints here!!

It's funny you mention cooking for the AC guy...... I actually gave our oil guy cookies last winter when we ran out and he came out in the snow to put more in for us...LOL. I felt bad....

Glad to hear you cut back your hours...I know you were tired last week! I'm getting antsy now that I'm in my 2nd week off... I can't imagine waiting a few more weeks. I'll go insane!

LOL-- I agree! I feel good, just had contractions all day that were 10 minutes apart... not painful...just got tighter as the day went on. My doc told me to go get checked...(he wasn't in his office...) So off we went to the hospital...and I was a whole half centimeter dilated. LOL. Or as the girl put it at first (you're one fingertip dilated..) I was like --how much is that? All I know is that it wasn't a pleasant feeling when she checked me... I think I'll stop complaining about my dr. not doing it!! How're you feeling today? Still working?
