Currently, my husband and I are planning to begin trying to conceive our first baby. We have been married for 3 years and are ready for kids. I am a teacher and going back to school for my Master's degree. I will graduate in May 2010. We are also in the process of looking for a house, since ours is not big enough for us let alone us and a baby. But I have come to the realization that if we don't find a house then we will make it work!! So life around my house is pretty busy.... I'll update later.

3/27/2008 Hubby and I decided that we are going to start trying sooner (like next month)!!!!!! YEAH!!! I am not going back on the pill.....so please send lots of BFP and BABY DUST!!!!!!!!!!!

5/3/2008: Hubby and I talked last night and we are "REALLY" trying to get preggers this month!!! I'm so EXCITED!!! I hope that this is "our" month!! Best of luck to you all!!!

6/2/2008: Hubby and I are back to TTC. We had a loss back in May (19th) and we are waiting until I have one normal cycle!! I can't wait!! There will be NO testing early this time...I truly found out the reason the doctor says NOT to do that! Anyway, hopefully June will be "our" month, I sure hope so!! When you go through something like that you want to be preggers again soon!!! Good luck to all who are trying!! BABY DUST!!!

6/20/2008: Stupid AF.....I hate her!!!! I should have known that this was not my month but, I just had a strange feeling!!! I'm wondering now, if since I am no longer on BC if this is how every months period is going to start...just like beginning pregnancy. I don't know! Well, here we come JULY!!! What a wonderful B-Day present that would be!!

7/16/2008: Well, I haven't updated in a while so here it goes. DH and I decided to have one normal cycle (my definition= one that I know for a fact I am not preggers). After this cycle we are going in full fledge for August!! I am so excited! I really hope it sticks this time! So I'm just playing the waiting game for AF and then let the games begin! I wish you all much baby dust and congrats to all the BFP's, hopefully I can join you soon!!

7/18/2008: AF is here today!! I've never been happier to see her! Now, here we come AUGUST!! I think I'll "O" sometime the 1st week of August...we will be at the beach for vacation that week. I hope I'll get to see the beach, if you know what I mean!!

HA HA HA!! But if not, that's ok too because I really want to be pregnant this next cycle! Have a great weekend! Baby dust!

7/26/2008: Well, now I am waiting for a positive OPK! I think we are going to start BDing every other day anyway just to make sure! I'm so excited.....I really hope it's our month! The DH doesn't want to let on that he is excited, every time I say something to him about it he just listens and doesn't really say much. I hope he changes his mind before long! Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day and I'll let ya'll know when I get my BFP!!

7/31/2008: OK ladies....I got a positive OPK this morning!!! LET THE BD'ING BEGIN!!! Leaving for the beach in a few hours.....have a great week as I will not be posting anything until next weekend!! BABY DUST TO ME AND ALL WHO ARE TTC!!!

8/14/2008: Well, since I last posted AF has arrived and exited for now. However, I had this dull, ache, cramp in my right side since I had the chemical pregnancy in May. It's strange though because my tummy is not tender and I have no fever, it doesn't hurt when I go to the bathroom or anything! I am concerned about it so I am calling the doctor tomorrow to get an appointment. While it may be nothing, I still want to make sure!! I hope all efforts so far to have a child haven't been in vain because of this! So, I'll post results when I find out what is going on. Baby dust to all!!

9/1/2008: Went to the doctor last Tuesday....she did a pelvic exam and a PAP. She said she wasn't sure what was going with me. So, she put me on antibiotics, just in case there is an infection in my uterus. Also, she sent me to have unltrasounds completed. I had those done Friday. Now, I have to wait until Friday, Sept. 5th to get the results. It's so strange because the pain that I had for so long seems to be gone! Also, I have never had sore, swollen bb's after ovulation and I have had that for the last 2 cycles!! Maybe, it means I am FINALLY ovulating since the chemical pregnancy.....I don't know! I'm supposed to get AF this weekend so, we'll see what happens! Man I hope it is our month, hopefully having all these appointments and going back to work had got my mind off things a little bit! Anyway, Have a great day!!!

9/8/2008: Today AF is now 2 days late!!! I tested yesterday and neg. So, I am going to wit until Wednesday or Thursday and try again!! Baby dust to all!!

9/13/2008: I HAVE EXCITING NEWS!!! FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW ALREADY I'M

!!! yUP, YOU LOOKED AT IT RIGHT!! I HAVEN'T TOLD DH YET BUT I AM THIS AFTERNOON....I WISH ALL YOU LADIES THE BEST IN TTC AND I WILL CHECK BACK TO SEE WHOSE GOT THEIR BFP AND WISH THEM THE BEST! THANKS FOR ALL THE LOVE AND SUPPORT!

9/17/2008: Well it's another miscarriage, I'm positive! I'll be taking a break from the site for a little while to get myself back together! I have posted a blog with more info and will post again later to tell the results of calling the doctor again today!

9/20/2008: Well, I probably got on here a little too soon for the m/c announcement! I have been in close contact with the doctor this week and they seem to think that everything is ok. They said since I wasn't having any cramping and my pregnancy symptoms were still there, they just think it was a combination of implantation bleeding and intercourse. So I guess we will see on Thursday! For now the spotting is brown and the consistency of EWCM. It's not there every time I go to the bathroom and has gotten better since Monday. I am still having some abdominal discomfort but it's not cramps, maybe stretching or something. I really hope this pregnancy is going to last! But, if not I'm sure there is a reason and I am now to the point to deal with that! I will find out what is going on with my body if this doesn't work out!

9/22/2008: I went to the doctor today and had an u/s, pregnancy test and blood work done. The preg. test yielded a BFN, which I wasn't surprised about! The u/s showed that my uterine lining had thickened and my body was trying to do the right thing. I did not get the results from the blood work, I have to wait until tomorrow for those results. However, she did not say I was not preggers or that I was, she told me she would definitely be able to tell me something tomorrow. I'm feeling a lot better now that I have talked to her and got some preliminary results. I also talked to her about doing other tests and she said that was strictly up to me. So I told I definitely wanted to have what ever tests I needed. So, within the next few weeks I will be going for blood work weekly to check my hormone levels and see if that's where the problem is! I'm kind of excited!! So hopefully within the next couple of months we can have a successful pregnancy!

10/9/2008: I haven't posted lately so I thought I might leave a little update!! Well, I just completed ovulation yesterday I think.....I waited too late to test so I never saw an LH surge but there was plenty of EWCM so I know that I did! It was really weird though because I typically don't have any sign of ovulation other than tender breasts afterwards but I had every sign in the book this time! Oh well I just hope it comes again like this at the end of the month so we can BD!! I'm beginning to feel a lot better about trying again, hubby and I have decided that we will begin trying during the next cycyle which can't come soon enough for me!!
