Hi! This is my first baby and my husband and are are very excited. It's a strange time to be pregnant, with the holidays and everything. It's easy to get overwhelmed. I am not a patient person, so I've been anxious to meet the little one. He's a boy and will be named Alexander Thomas. We'll call him Alex. I can already tell he's going to be a little troublemaker :o)

Reflux is awful, isn't it. My son had it also, but his was different than my daughters. My son could never keep anything down, and it was a miracle he ever managed to gain any weight. However, he was generally happy and never showed signs of being in pain. My daughter, though, doesn't spit up as much as my son did, but is so uncomfortable. I don't know which is worse.

I totally feel your pain. I have been having contractions for the past 3 weeks off and on. Dr took me off of work and I'm going stir crazy just stitting around waiting to have my baby. This sucks, I know!! How strong were the contractions? could you talk through them? Mine have been fairly mild, thank god. I figure when they bare so bad I can't talk through them we'll head to the hospital. Good luck, not much longer to go.

hey, your mucus plug doesn't come back, once its lost it is lost, but it isnt a big deal. i've been losing mine little by little and i have since week 32. my doctor said its just a sign that there will be a baby soon, and for some people it happens weeks before hand and for others it happens hours before. it just depends on the pregnancy i guess. anyways, i hope you start feeling better! i get killer headaches that last for days, too, but i guess thats just a perk of being pregnant, right? lol
well, i hope all else is well with you and your pregnancy :)
