I am 40 years old, soon to be 41. I have two wonderful children, Kolbie (19) and Jon (16). I found out last month that I was pregnant. What in the world! Talking about going into shock. Well, my daughter didn't take it too well; but, she's loving it now. My son, it's hard to tell what bothers him sometimes. He's too into his friends right now. He makes comments like, "If it's a boy, I'll teach him everything I know, but if it's a girl, she'll definitely be the best in all sports. She will be ready." He's so cute.
I'm due on July 28, 2008. It can't come soon enough.
I have another wonderful blessing to add to the family. My 19 year old daughter is pregnant. We are due about 2 1/2 weeks apart. She's due, August 9, 2008.
But through it all, I love my baby. It is God's blessing and my joy. I cannot wait to welcome our new addition.
Well, my 19 year old daughter is pregnant. She is due August 9, 2008. Surprise, surprise!!!! I cannot wait to welcome little Kamryn Lorraine into the world. Her uncle, James Gordon Peterson, II will be born 2 1/2 weeks before her. God is good.

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

OMG, wow! You do have a lot going on. I'm sorry to hear about you being anemic and possibly having gestational diabetes. I understand the getting up every 30-45 minutes though. That's exactly what's happening to me. My bf's 2 daughters live with us most of the time and it's just as bad as having teenagers since it feels like they're on a constant sugar high. I feel your pain! Thanks for the comment, it helps!

Congrats to you and your family to be blessed to welcome another child. I will be 38 in March and my son is 15...it's almost as if we've lived 2 lives...not only am I dealing with my own hormonal imbalance, but that of my son's...its quite bizarre but wonderful all at the same time. Sounds like all is well with you and I'm glad to hear it...all the best!
