Thank you! I do eat oatmeal everymorning along with those other things. I think I might try some Wheat germ. I've heard good things. Where can I get Flaxseed oil?

Awwww... Trust me its just the hormones. I lived through just the same thing the other night. I wanted to cry for no apparent reason and I did. I even thought I found a reason and accused my sweetheart of a husband of not buying me flowers anymore nor taking me to the movies.

He patiently held me and when i was done crying (It took me about half an hour.. I sobbed!!!!) he reminded me that he had bought me flowers just the previous week ...and that he had taken me to the movies only three days ago. lol.

Just go easy on yourself. warm hugs to make you feel better.

yes, i agree with previous post..sounds like a good old fashioned panic attack. i too had one about 6 wks ago..god dizzy, felt light headed and started crying and couldn't stop. with all these hormones raging thru our bodies, its no wonder things are chaotic. hang in there sweetie..don't get stressed as that is much worse for the baby. if it happens again call your dr and have your vitals checked. good luck

cheshcat82 - Friday, 11 April
Maybe what you were having was an anxiety attack? This happens to me from time to time (a good portion of the last week, actually!) I have this problem before pregnancy but I find that the raging hormones do not help my cause! I usually just try to distract myself as much as possible and remember that it will all pass. =) Best of luck to you!

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the comment, it helps to know I'm not alone :).
It's just that I can't wait until my hubby can feel our baby boy kickin' it. lol.

Have a good one!

Dont worry. The baby is perfectly fine. Babies are a lot tougher than we would imagine. :) I had the same issue too some time ago. Diorrhea and vomitting and it lasted about a day and a half. The only thing i had to consciously work on, was hydrating myself and making sure I did not lose out on essential salts. you should try and eat food you can easily digest though for the next day or two. go easy on your tummy. Even complete lack of solid nourishment for a day or two wont affect the baby. You might want to get into bed and rest up till you feel better. cheers...

I have had those pains too. I was told it is my uterus growing. I swear I can tell a difference the next day. Mine always feel like period cramps only they don't wave in intensity.

jennifersd - Friday, 21 Mar
Hi, I finally started to feel the baby yesterday. I was worried but the U/S tech said that my placenta is between my baby and my upper stomach and when this happens it is hard to feel them. I don't feel kicks but I think I can tell when she turns around. (I may have felt this earlier but I thought it was my stomach stretching.

beebop - Friday, 14 Mar
I don't feel my baby all the time... sometime in the morning (depending on how i am sitting) and in the evening sometimes after dinner.. I think at this stage as they are still very small they can move around quite freely and move to the back (where we can't feel them).. also they can be the other way round so their feet are back to front so they are kicking inwards. Also, they are babies, so they sleep alot of the time too.. I feel this is stressful too, but don't panic, its just part of the process.

hi! dont worry about your belly poping out. im in a similar sitaution. i swear i just look more fat than ususal wrather then pregnant. but literally, i woke up one day (in the past week) and somehow it rounded out and it looks like a baby belly. i still tell my boyfriend i wish my belly button would come out a little so people wouldnt give me those questioning 'are you pregnant or just huge..' looks. haha. no worries Good luck with everything =)

shortiiee - Tuesday, 11 Mar
Hello!
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
How long have u been having that pain? I had a really bad cold and like 2 weeks ago i started getting a pain under my left breast when i cough. I told the doc and he said that it was cause of soo much coughing that my ribs are probably swollen. I was wondering if it could be the same thing u have.

karrieanne - Friday, 7 Mar
I agree with JennSever. If you plan to breast feed they get a lot of protection for the first 6 months from what I hear. But I think it is a good idea to wait until they are stronger to get the shots. I personally don't take flu shots or medications, not even for a headache because I believe that they actually weaken your body's natural ability to fight off infections. But children are developing and need a little help, but not everything the clinics suggest. It is good to be cautious.

delta - Thursday, 6 Mar
Hello, I seen your post and so many people are worried about this. The one they relate Autism to now is the 15 month shot. And alot of parents tell the nurse to only give half the dose. You really need to talk to your care giver about this.

rachmarie - Thursday, 6 Mar
I havent decided for sure, but I am pretty sure that I dont want to immunize my kids...at least not with ALL the immunizations that are out there...I am still doing some research, but my mom didnt immunize us kids and I turned out fine... :D

JennSever - Thursday, 6 Mar
i did not immunize my children until the age of 2 or beyond. i do think that autism is linked, somehow, to shots. i waited until my babies systems were strong and more able to deal with the side effects. shots are such a personal issue - i do believe in getting them shots, i just prefer to wait until their little bodies are better able to handle it.

JenniferSD - Wednesday, 5 Mar
I'm having some very light pains, it's either the baby moving or this is also the time where your uterus grows a lot. As far as the pressure goes, you should call your DR immediately

phxbeauty4 - Wednesday, 5 Mar
I know-right? My sister had her baby yesterday afternoon and he told my dad 3 hours later that she was getting ready to go home in a few hours...seriously?!?! I think he should've gone to more dr's appts & done some reading on children, birth & PARENTING instead of on custom car wheel.
