Hi, sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, I've been super busy, anyhow the amnio went well, I'm back to work now, I requested the fish test and it came back normal, no DS, thank God and also my blood work came back negative no Torch infection or Cystic Fibrosis.
In 2 weeks I'll have the final results of the Amnio. I've been told that it's more likely to be the same as the fish test results.
Thank you so much for your kind message and thoughtfulness. We found out that we have another girl so we are very excited, glad and thankful that she is healthy.
again Thank you so much for your messages.

Hi, great to hear from you, i see your having a BOY..CONGRATULATIONS!!! my girls want a little sister and i think the hubby will move out if it's another girl.. so at this stage im afraid to find out what i'm having.. lol. I'm finding it much harder than my other pregnancies, very tired but at least the sicknes is gone, How are you getting on? I had some tests done last week (because of age ect ) but they went really well, apparently to begin with i had a 1 in 90 chance of downs syndrome and the odds on trisomy 18 and 21 were quite bad too, but after the nuchal translucency (big words!) the numbers went up to 1 in 1800 which is the same as a 15 year old, Its great to find someone in the same age bracket as myself, some of the moms are younger than my eldest daughter!! Keep in touch and let me know how everythings going and best of luck
laura xx

Hi there, I've been away for a little while, actually I couldn't access the site. I couldn't figure out why but put it down to teething problems on their end. I then used another way to access it through google and it worked. So yay, back in action, I really missed not reading the forums and being able to say cou cou to other mums-to-be! All is well here. A bit of stress at work, but I'm stopping at the end of this month so I can handle it! So how you feeling? Have you started to feel him? They say you can feel them earlier if you've had previous children, but then again I guess it's different with every pregnancy. Speak soon, Ellie.

Hi Congrats on your baby . I was told the very first ultrasound is often the most accurate.

halloween*bean - Friday, 4 April
The testing office called as we were leaving our house to say that they couldn't do the testing today. Apparently the person who does the scheduling wasn't aware the Doctor won't do them before 11 weeks, and I'm 10 weeks 3 days. So, we'll have to do it after I get back from vacation. Probably a good thing because I've been throwing up all morning. :)
thanks for the anniversary wishes!!

halloween*bean - Thursday, 3 April
I just called the doctors office to find out if this doctor does a lot of the tests and they said she has alsready done 6 this week. She does them all them time. (yay) they also said how they go in depends on where the placenta is. And then, she said because it's the weekend, we won't know until monday, even though the results are back in 24 hours. So maybe, just maybe, we can talk the doctor in to calling us Saturday.....

OH my gosh, I'm so sorry I didn't get back to you with the last message you wrote... seriously I have been so busy getting the baby things and setting up his basssinette and washing his clothes and dr. appointments and Sam coming and going from sea these past few days, I haven't been on here much! Anyways thanks for reading my blog!! I thought that was so funny the way the happy faces are there... and that smiley face with the nerdy glasses looking all sleepy at the computer totally fit me last night!! except the glasses part...lol... anyways your 16 freaking weeks now??? crazy, your comin up on the halfway mark! that must be exciting and then you'll have you little bundle of baby boy joy in your arms soon!... How have you been feeling? can you feel his kicks on the outside now as well?? I think I was 20 weeks or so when I could start feeling movement on the outside as well as inside but this is my first so you can probably feel it sooner... Let me know what's going on with you! I'm going to be busy this weekend also, I'm going to Los Angeles with my dad to go to my cousin's baby shower, she and i are both35 weeks along and she's having a girl, thisis her 2nd though... Okay well keep in touch!
OH yeah, the name is final "Michael Demetrio"... exciting.
