" What A Year.."
After a long grueling pregnant. We had our 8th baby. She was born on Jan.5th 2008. Wvery one is growing to love her more every day.
Jan. Sophiah was born weighing 7.12oz and 21inches. We were glad that she was a nice weight and size. She instantly won my heart. She acame with big blue eyes and auburn hair. Lots of it.
Feb. Sophiah went in for her well visit and we were told that she is doing great. She weighed in at 8.9 and 21inches. She is doing good.
Mar. Sophiah went in for her 2mth well visit and shots. She weights 9.2 and 22 inches. OMW it was a little shocking she is growing like a wild flower, fast.
Apr. Sophiah is doing well she gets some belly time she rolls over. Mostly out of fustration. She dont enjoy being on her belly.We went to doctor for dry skin an her legs and she did get weight and measured 10.6 and 24 inches. Ya, I was alittle shocked, had them measure her 2times. Any way growing great. Dry skin. gave me advise and sent me on my way.

your baby is beautiful!
thanks so much for checking on me, I have been at a friend's house and have not been able to log on but just want to say hi and that we are doing ok. My little girl Audrey is fun and a busy body, I have to work harder than ever but I have no point of reference or experience in taking care of an infant so things are all new to me, but baby and I are getting along and learning to adjust to our new life.
I hope your children are excited about the little baby, it will be fun for baby to have children to play with growing up. Motherhood is exciting and I am looking forward to learning more about it.
Question for you, do your children have all the vaccinations and have you ever had any trouble with them getting sick from the shots? mine is due for 5 vaccines in 2 weeks and I am concerned I keep getting feedback from different people about being cautious on what shots I allow her to get. How do you feel about that?

I was so glad to hear from you. I'm glad everything is ok. I am finally getting adjusted to lack of sleep..lol. She is doing very well. At 5 weeks she was already up to 9 lbs 5 oz. How is your daughter doing?

Lol about the kids drinking your water. That sounds like something mine would do. I wish I had time to do crafts but the 2 babies I watch are both so spoiled from thier parents holding them that I can barely get anything done. I have to try to get them to both sleep at the same time so I can do housework. I am sure ready to be done with this pregnancy. I want to be awake again someday!!!

Hi Kimberly,Carbs and sweets always sound good, so does bedrest by the way... I was in the grocery store and grabbed 2 pastries, I just had to eat one immediately I could not wait another minute! I have gained 20lbs so far and I am due for a glucose test next week to check for gest. diabetes. Did you take one? is that a routine test? I am begining to enjoy the pregnancy, I am not as touchy about co-workers asking me about it. Probably because is so obvious by now. You are due almost a week after me, I sure hope that baby stays inside 'til then. I think is ok to be lazy, as I am finding out making a baby is really hard work! I feel huge already but I know the biggest growth is yet to come, I hope I can deal with my image in the mirror as time goes by... You take good care.

With regards to your daughter being 18, you'll probably be surprised how strong and mature she is. I became pregnant at 16 years old with my first one and alot of people encouraged me to terminate or give the baby up for adoption, which I could never do. I delivered her when I was 17 years old and my son was born when I was 19 years old. I went back to school later (including university) and am now a very well-respected successful Accounting Manager. My kids are amazing and many people comment on what a great job I've done with being a single mom at such a young age. Your daughter is very lucky to have a large family to support her and a loving mother who is so concerned and supportive, as well. Good luck to you both, but I'm sure you won't need it. Be confident that she will follow your wonderful example and be a great mother with a successful life ahead of her! Just wanted to share a success story to give you some encouragement, especially since you have so much going on right now.

Yea I am a D as well now. I go to go and buy new bra's a couple of weeks ago. I hate them being this size!! I am so praying they will go back down but in the past they have never gone back down. Anyways you will have to post some pics of the sweater once you are done with it. How is the bed rest coming along? Talk to you soon!

hello i read you are on bed rest. me too. I am 22 weeks and I had a cerclage stitch when i was 16 weeks. my cervix is open to the stitch so the Dr. put me on bed rest again last week. i know how hard it is already, i have 4 girls,14,13,13,9. they are so busy with sports and school I feel guilty asking them to keep up the house.Do you feel guilty having to lay flat.I will do anything to keep this baby,but i would also like to keep peace in the house too.prayers to you and your family.
