Wayne and I are expecting our first child in October 2008. We have been together since I was 16 and he was 21. We are very much in love. We tried for a long time to have a baby, but ran into some difficulties. G-d helped us and here we are to tell the tale. We feel so blessed to be bringing this little boy into the world. I thank him everyday for our little bundle of joy!

3.1 hours ago My chunky butt of a baby! I swear he is gonna have to start walking because he his killin my back and my shoulder. People are always like....stop feeding him so much. I don't at all. He doesn't eat much. Its so weird. The doctor swears it was my breastfeeding.
I really enjoy talking to you as well. You actually carry on a conversation. :) boystruckx2 -
3.4 hours ago make sure you do! boystruckx2 -
7.2 hours ago It sounds like he is dropping even further down in your pelvis. I bet when you go back to the dr you are effaced more. He seems to really be messing with your nerves. amycakes -
8.5 hours ago Hi Ro, everything is good here. They think they will probably induce me next Thursday the 16th which is freaking me out a little bit. I hope everything is going good with you guys! Talk to you soon. madiraevin -

9.6 hours ago Ive just posted another pic of Max under babies, he is 10 days old now, how time flies, good luck with the birth of your baby, x x x xx joje -
12.4 hours ago Oh good. So glad you called. Let me know what they tell you.
Well, change of plans. We are not going to visit Norman the cow & his Goat Friends. Mom isn't feeling well at all & feels like is getting a sinus infection in addition to the other things wrong so we are going to make it for another day.
I did get more done in the nursery tho. Yay.
Take it easy & keep me in the know. Feet up.

12.6 hours ago I feel great, just impatient. There are times where I feel pain, but not much. When I get up after having watched two episodes of baby story, I feel a lot of pressure, but a lot less than when I was working, and waddling around the classroom. I am not sure what to do with myself. I know I should vacuum or something, but I can't because it kills my back, and that makes my sciatic nerve pain flare. How are you feeling? What are you doing with your time? baby keelin -
12.8 hours ago I go in today at 4:30 Pacific time. Sciatic nerve pain is horrible! I get that from time to time when I walk, but thankfully baby isn't laying on the nerve. I am ready for her to be here:) Are you on leave yet? joje -
15.7 hours ago Wow- thats terrible about your back pain. I think you are smart to call, just to be safe.
I think our wires are somewhat crossed- because as far as names go, I like Alexis & Alyssa (my fave). Lauren is on my list. I just started this a.m. going thru the book again. I lost my original list. Mike is so old fashioned tho. He likes Linda Karen Jennifer to name a few. Not horrible but not anywhere near my faves. His top 2 are Maria & Brooke. Might be able to live w/ Brooke & I think Maria would be a great middle name. We need to get serious & talk about this. Yikes!!!
Today, when mom is up & ready to start her day, we are going to visit a friend of mine that I used to work with. She lives kinda out in the sticks (worse than me lol) & she has this cow that is soooo cute. It almost looks like a yak. He has horns & a messy hair-do (bed head i call it) & mom has been wanting to meet him. So- today is the day she meets Norman - yes thats his name. She aslo has a few goats & horses. I will try to take pics..lol
Anyway, let me know what your doc says about the pain. Take it easy & rest up little momma! Soon, rest will be a thing of the past, a distant memory. (but it is going to be soo worth it!)

26.7 hours ago Oh well- gotta save those rattles for the next one! hee hee.
That sounds painful- big boy (or chunky monkey- lol i love it)must be sitting on the sciatic nerve. You poor thing. See what a good mommy you are already? I am curious to see/hear how big he is when he makes his way out. And yes- you are sooo right such a big package to come from a little hole. I have always said that birth defies all logic----pushing a bowling ball thru a garden hose
I AM excited for next Friday!! HOLY CRAP I need to come up with a name! I am just not 'in love' with any 1 single name & the ones I like, Mike isn't really into & same for me with the ones he likes. Oh what to do lol..poor nameless angel.
Well- I hope your butt/leg is feeling better soon. Just think sister, we are almost there!!!!! Whoo hooooo!!

27.2 hours ago Ha HA!! You just reminded me. I got my nails done when I was about 21 weeks pregnant with Sean. And the smell inside that place made me so ill. lol Have you had a hard time with sickness? boystruckx2 -
27.3 hours ago Make sure you cut your fingernails down a little. You don't want to claw him to death...LOL :) boystruckx2 -
27.6 hours ago Sounds like he is playing with your siatic nerve. LOL My oldest use to do that to me causing my leg to just give out on me when I was walking. MommyToGirls -
30.5 hours ago Hey, glad to hear you treated yourself to a yummy greek salad! I'm sure it was pasturized if it was in a restaurant, I can't see them being able to serve it if it's not.
Thank you on the well wishes, same to you! I can't wait to hear everyone's birth stories, I'm getting so excited and anxious for the big day! :) boystruckx2 -
31.4 hours ago Its very possible that that could have been real contraction. I would pull those ligaments in my ribcage all the time when I was pregnant. It would give you that real sharp pain...ya know...than when you inhale it almost gets worse..lol madiraevin -
32.5 hours ago took madisyn to the pedi.....she's on oralyte for the next 24 hours (with little to no formula) and if she still has a fever and diarrhea tomorrow, then IV fluids in the hospital will be administered and we'll talk about admitting her for a couple days to monitor her. thanks for tall of the input.... joje -
34.1 hours ago Hi!!
You know what? Today my sister was trying to talk me into painting my belly orange & making a punkin face on it. lol. I told her about those cute pics that you sent yesterday.
So the week of the 13th, huh? I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. He sure does sound like he is going to be a big bundle! I can't wait til we all get to meet our angels. Speaking of which, I had another sonogram today & my little girl is still breeched, so, tenatively, Oct 17 @ 6 am, I will get to meet her, unless she decides to turn & come on her own. Now if we can JUST find a name for her..
I think the nesting insanity has hit me again. Mike & I both worked our butts off yesterday doing things around the house ( he wants to organize & throw out tupperware... I dont think the baby is going to care about tupperware for a long time lol )& today I am attempting to make my 1st lasagna ever. Oh I hope it turns out good.
How are things going for you? Are you all ready for him to come? Is Wayne beyond excited for daddy's BIG boy?
Hope all is well- will talk with you soon!!
Take care xoxoxox,

34.3 hours ago Well he isnt leaving untill Dec. He has the whole month of Nov off. And then he wont be back untill May 1st. GabrielsMom7 -
37 hours ago I have an appt today. Later on today anyway. I know how you feel girl, my husband looks at me everyday and says "Your about to have a baby". I'm like I KNOW!! I have been carrying him for 9 months... even though it feels like 9 years. lol. But it has finally hit me that I am going to be a Mom in only a few days. I told my hubby I was scared. I know I can be good at it. But still. I know I am going to be emotional especially since my husband has to leave us for 5 months. madiraevin -
38.2 hours ago sorry i haven't been on to respond to anyone for the last few days. i have a very important question, tho.....do u think it's normal for my 3 and a half month old to have a temp of 102+???? I took madisyn to the ER friday because she was weak, throwing up, diarrhea, her eyes were really red and tearing when she wasn't crying, and her temp was 102.4..... The ER dr said it was OK and told me to give her pedialite and keep her hydrated and it should run it's course in a couple days. At 4 this morning, her temp was still 102.1...... does this sound normal? He didn't run any tests, just listened to her..... Do you think I should take her to the pedi dr anyway? MommyToGirls -
39.2 hours ago Yes, I've always eaten greek salad. I LOVE feta cheese! They say you can have it as long as it's pasturized, which if you buy it in the grocery store it says on the container. I had it last pregnancy too and it was fine. I guess if you get it fresh from the cheese shop or something then it wouldn't be pasturized, I don't know. So don't worry, go treat yourself to a greek salad! :) boystruckx2 -
Monday, 6 October BH dont hurt...they just feel uncomfortable. Real contractions HURT. GabrielsMom7 -
Monday, 6 October They have never told me how much he weighs. I asked when I went to get my 4D but the tech was like we would have to measure him piece by piece. So I have no clue what I am in store for. lol... kinda nerve wrecking also.
