Hey! My name is Rosalind and my partner, Mark and I are expecting our first bambino in july!!!!!!!!

We are so excited and have finished the nursery in anticipation of our new arrival. So far everything has gone really well and the midwife tells us everytime she listens to the heart beat that it is a very happy baby :)

The first 20 something weeks were very rough for me because I got really bad morning sickness and constantly felt faint and hot when i had to stand up for litterally more than two minutes. However, i just can't wait to hold our little son or daughter (we don't know the sex) and then I know all the sickness will have been well worth it.

Mark and I have decided on names for our little one too....Ava Olivia for a girl or Harrison Mark for a boy!!! OH MY GOSH i'm sooooo excited!!!!!

Thanks for your message, I was starting to get abit worried just because its new to me and my mum didnt know what it was either but she never went over her date. Im fine about the birth and everything, this is my third baby but ive never went over before and all this inducing talk is scaring me. I would give anything to get this baby out tho. Thanks for your help, hope we both have our babys soon

I don't have any symptoms that my bby is on his way anytime soon. The next two weeks will be interesting, I hear some people just suddenly go into labor without weeks of symptoms. So who knows!!! gooood luck!

I am being induced because I begged, pleaded, and cried! lol He finally told me to stop asking and leave him alone. The next week he told me if I still wanted he would after 39 weeks if he was comfortable the baby was fully developed and ok. Which he is since I started coming to him since I first found out.

Hello, in the US infant car seats have to sit facing the rear of the car, so a strap would not go behind the seat, it goes towards the front. As far as I know most seat bases now have latches as well that fit down between the seats of your car near where the seat belt comes out. So long as your car was made in the last 7 or 8 years, it should have the latch system.

Hi! I am in canada and I know that here you can take your car seat to the fire hall and they will inspect and install your carseat properly for you...I am not sure if they do that there but it ma be worth a phone call! good luck! all the best with the rest of your pregnancy!

Do you have a birthing ball? If you hang out on those...it helps a lot of things that have to do with the position of the baby.

Hey dats wot i was wondering lol...how come our midwifes don check if we r dilated or nethin...i went to c mine today bt she didnt reli check nethin n gave me an appointment in anotha 2 weeks incase if i avnt gone in labour by den...i dunno..its gettin a bit annoying now lol...we don knw wots hapening...

In response to your comment, I'll be 37 weeks on tuesday as well, and I have not dropped. She is still way high up. But I am still already dilated 1-2cm and 50% effaced...
A lot of people don't "drop" until 38 or 39 weeks...so I think we'll get there eventually!!!
