Hmm, well I became an aunt again to a beutiful baby boy Parker 7 pounds 11 ounces on Monday. The very same day I found out my hcg levels dropped to 3-I am no longer pregnant. We dont know why. This is the same thing that happened in January. My husband and I decided imediatley that it was in OUR best interest to stop ttc on our own. It is truly difficult to want to conceive to yet have protected sex..................my body cannot sustain pregnancys and it is unfair to us to continue to do so until we get some answers. My husband is a retired hockey player-meaning-someone who has been very successful at all life has to offer and has the luxury to buy pretty much whatever we want, EXCEPT the thing in life we want the most-children, and lots of them. This has luckily given us the opportunity to "fast track" the medical field and get imediate access to high quality doctors. Our first appt with our fertility specialist was this morning, we had our blood drawn for numerous amounts of tests that we will get our answers for on May 13th. We have decided to go through with IVF imediatley and will be given further information on that at our appointment. We are very excited yet open minded that this route may not work either, BUT that it does garner us yet another opprtunity/avenue to explore . We are taking the right steps and are in the deepest of dear hopes that this will work for us. Until then, we are spending our days enjoying our family and all of the blessed luxurys we are lucky to have(like a new nephew). Thank you for your messages and my thoughts are always of you, as I do sneak on here from time to time, to check on a few friends, I need to stay away from all that is "baby" at the moment and unfortunatley this site is included. I will post my results from my fertility markup when I receive the news. I am wishing you all the best in health and hapiness, and much success in your own personal journeys trying to conceive. I am 36 years old and have a beautiful baby girl Rylan who turned one on january 23rd, 2008. Being that I married later inlife and both my husband and I would LOVE ahousefull of children we started trying when she was 3 months old. We conceived 4 months later , than lost it at around 9 weeks. I had a D& C done as it didnt leave on its own. We imediatley (10 days later) tried again and got a BFP!! January 28th. Now here we are, thrilled and scared and just waiting.Saturday, 2 Feb
January 31stSooooooooooo, Took 4 HPT `s on Monday January 28th and all were BFPS!!!!!!!! Was very skeptical because of the M/C a few months back so called the doctor to make an appt for bloodwork for the next week. DH came home Wednesday with another HPT as we wanted to get it on video the digital PREGNANT sign, so here we are taping and NOT PREGNANT comes up, we go to the store get 2 more HPTs and still negative, I went for my blood yesterday and my hcg was 2-not pregnant. I was given not one answer so I am seeingmy GP onMonday. Been taking and reading alot on the intrnet and it seems a chemical pregnancy is what I had. The sperm and egg met but could not attach to the wall....has anyone ever ever heard of this??

Hi All! i hope every one of you is doing well! I just wanted to drop alittle update on my beautiful little man. He was running a fever last week and I "know" he's teething, but I thougth maybe he had an ear infection. My middle son, Andrew, always had ear infections and unfortunately teething has the same symptoms. So, anyhow, I took Nicholas in to the doc to have his ears checked only for the doctor to tell me, "It looks like a classic case of infant teething syndrome to me" Okay...make a fool out of me..lol. You will never guess how much Nicholas weighd when he stepped on the scale (yes, he's too big for the baby scale) My little Pork chop is 27#. He will be 1 year old on Saturday the 26th and I am eagerly finalizin all of the plans for his Birthday bash. We invited everyone we could and It will be overwhelming for him, I am sure. I will post LOTS of pictures afterward. I did add our 4th of July vacation-week photos so if you haven't looked at those, take a peek when you have a minute. Okay, well the orajel & tylenol are working for now so I better get to bed. 5am wake-up for work comes awfully early. Love all of you, my girls (& guy) Take care of you & your babies! XOXO ~ Julianna
