Hi, my name is Sabrina...this is my second pregnancy..i have a beautiful 19month old daughter.i used this site during my first pregnancy,i found the site very helpful.Everyone is very friendly:)

My first pregnancy:

i have been married for almost 3yrs now...we were thinking of starting our family but it really just happend. i went to the doctor for some pain in my stomach...and doctor gave me pregnancy test...at that day(27th of feb,2007), we found out that i am pregnant. my husband was there with me...we were so happythat time...this is our first baby...so we could not wait for a day...and started calling our family to share the great news. I am really blessed to have this baby...we have done the first ultra sound at my 6th week,then the second one in 9th week.that time the baby's heart beat was 167bpm.it was beating soooo fast!!!now i am almost 18weeks(17 weeks 6 day)...and eagerly waiting to hold my beautiful baby in my arms.

Oh!!! i've started feeling my bay move from 18th week!!! its so exciting!!! i will be going for the u/s on june 6th. hopefully that day we can find out if we are having a boy or a girl. we will bw happy to have either boy or girl but a healthy baby....

29th May.

I couldn't sleep the whole night..i was having some pain in my chest...it was more like something heavy got stuck on my chest. i have an appoinment with my midwife tomorrow....i'll have to add this on my list...but for the last couple of days...i am feeling pretty good...now i can feel my baby move...not regularly...but it makes me feel really happy:)

30th May,

I had my visit with my midwife today, she took my blood to check for diabetes, my family has a history of diabetes. the test result for nural tube defect and down syndrome came back as low risk. that's a huge releif for me.i will get the result of my diabetes next week though.Now i am jus waiting for the big scan which is on 6th june.

6th June

I had my first doctors appoinment today,i've been seeing the midwife so far,but not the doctor.he said everything is going pretty well. my diabetes test came out fine. also we found out that we are having a baby Girl!!!! i'm so happy...i've always wanted a girl.My hubby wanted a boy though...but now he is even more happy than me...he is even thinking about the day when our little princess will get married...lol...the baby's heart beat was 135bpm.i will be going to see the midwife again after three weeks. take care everyone.
