Tuesday, 17 November it cost about $15 to make. Buy a hola hoop, a small one, then get about 6-7 yards of tulle in the color you want. Then you need about a yard of felt in the color you want. I got it all at walmart, but ours still have the fabric dept, so u might need to go to a fabric store or ebay. Cut the tulle into 3 equal pieces. Glue (super glue is what i used) the tulle around the hola hoop, leaving a space open in the front. Dont pull it tight, kindof bunch it up alittle. watch your figures cause i kept gluing myself, lol. Then glue the felt over the top as evenally as you can, covering where you glued the tulle. When dried cut the felt around the hola hoop pretty like. I made mine look like leaves to match my tree. You can make hearts, or cloud looking, or even a circle. Make sure you leave some on the sides, not cutting close to the hola hoop, to hide the hola hoop from view. Then put yarn on each side (4), tying it to the hola hoop, making small holes in the felt to tie it. Then tie it together and hang it. Its real easy! Plus you get the color, lengeth and size you want! pregowith5th -
Tuesday, 17 November i finished the canopy for the babys nursery! It turned out really good, im super excited. I put pics up. it will look better with the crib with it instead of the bassinet.
This weekend we are going baby shopping! And i mean baby shopping. Hes giving me a 2000 allowence to buy everything i might need and want! So im super excited that ive been going to every store to pick out what i want and to check prices, colors, etc. I even drove an hour away to look at another walmart to see if they had different stuff, which they did, so i got even more excited. We are making a weekend of it, all the kids and everything. Gonna invite my dad who lives near the other walmart to dinner after shopping the day! Its going to be so fun and its making this baby finally seem real! nervousmothrof3 -
