Sunday, 20 April Hey hon, I'm also a constant BH-er... almost all day every day sometimes as many as 3 in 30 mins.... I spoke to my consultant and she said that there is a broad spectrum of what is considered normal, but that one reason for lots of BH (aside from possible irritable womb) is too much amniotic fluid. She checked mine and said it was normal, but that the baby was big. I'm going in for glucose testing on Monday to see what's up with his size but gave me the impression that this may have something to do with the BH... She didn't seem worried though... I would say that if you are feeling nausea or dizziness with them, drink some fluids, like water or orange juice, rest, and see if that doesn't help, but if it persists, I'd definitely go to the Dr... mine don't do that, but on a bad day they actually get really exhausting.. all the best, good luck, and I hope it works out - pls let me know what they find, if anything? mommyrock -
Monday, 14 April I think the hospitals can either be very helpful or unhelpful. The hospital I went to was good, I think mainly because of the nurse. She was wonderful and could see how scared my husband and I were when we got there so she ordered an ultra sound and did all of the blood work. The doctor was kind of ho hum, he was like you may loose the baby, you may not. I was like thanks. I would talk to your midwife again and if she wants you to go to the hospital, go to another hospital and find a nurse that is helpful. I'm sorry they didn't give you much comfort, that stinks. I know how scary it is when you have the pain and spotting. tschmitz -

Wednesday, 26 Mar I would call the doctor and let them know of the symptoms ASAP. They will probably ask if you have had any lower back pain and if the baby is moving. Regardless, if you are bleeding at 22 weeks, I would be seen immediately. I really hope all is well, let me know if you can! Leave a message for sarena in the right column where it reads `Add comment`
