JAN 13, 2008>>>My name is sasha and I have been TTC for exactly one month now after a m/c in sept of 2007...Im hoping for my BFP as soon as possible lol!! ~BABYDUST~
Jan 29, 2008>>I GOT MY BFP...I got the results from my blood test and it is official I am pregnant!!! I am so happy..I have not really experienced any symptoms ..I get acid reflex every now and then, and also mild waves of nausea once in a while..I'm very excited and hopeful that I will carry this baby to term!! thank you ladies for all the baby dust...with gods grace and all this baby dust it had to work lol my first appointment is Feb 4th.. :)
Feb 2>>So For the past couple of days I have been having light cramping and spotting....very light pink in color no clots...I got scared because the amount of spotting TO ME seemed to be increasing…. because of the pervious m/c I started feeling a bit anxious and decided to go to the hospital last night...After waiting around to see a doctor They took some blood and urine and i was told EVERYTHING IS FINE :)...so I am happy to be in a healthy week 5...I also got to see my baby...well not really the baby the woman who preformed the ultrasound showed me the sac and when she magnified the sac about 100 times lol I could see my tiny, tiny, tiny baby inside there….lol..i was so happy...With my last pregnancy I NEVER even saw the sac so this was a great feeling...From here on out I will continue to do what I have been doing...trusting in the man upstairs and I have faith I will be able to carry this baby to term...Thank you ladies for all of your congratulations! :)
Feb 9>>> So ladies i got to hear my babys heartbeat yesterday...It was just so wonderful...I feel like i am on cloud nine lol
March 10>>>I went to the doctor today and i was able to hear my baby's heartbeat again...I was so happy...I just love hearing my babies heartbeat....The doctor also informed me that I am 11 weeks preggo...
June 2nd- Hey everyone I know I have not updated my page in while but I am happy to announce I am having a BABY BOY!!!!
July 23rd- OMG I ABSOULTLY LOVE FEELING MY BABY MOVE :) I AM SO IN LOVE WITH HIM ALREADY.... I CAN NOT WAIT TO HOLD HIM IN MY ARMS... I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!
Aug 11- So I had my baby shower yesterday...it was great...My son got a lot of things including a lot of the big items like the crib, high chair, car seat and stroller... Over 65 people attended and we had a ball... My shower was unisex so we had games for the guys as well!! At 1st I was very indecisive about the shower but I would recommend everyone to have one. It’s a great experience!

Its my first too so dont worry. Im doing great my husband was finally able to feel her kick and on top of that we can now see her kicking from the outside. Dont worry I been feeling the same "when is it gonna happen and why hasnt it happened yet" feelings you are feeling. Then one day I was just walking out of the bathroom and flutter flutter it took me like 2 minutes before it registered. A couple days after that i was watching tv and eating and she kicked me. Do you know what you are having?

Mines is below the belly button. Acccording to my last exam with my midwife my uterus is now about an inch above my belly button so very soon there will be a little foot pressed in to my rib cage. LOL

I will def let you know when I deliver and post pics asap afterwards. I drank Orange Juice before my ultrasound and she wouldn't stay still ....the tech was chasing her.

I know!! I'm getting to the point where my excitement is turning into fear. I have 26 days left and I still need things for the baby. No baby shower yet...at this point in the game I'm not expecting one anymore. Looks like Mommy and Daddy get to load up a cart at Target or Babies R us soon. Good excuse for me to shop anyway. How are you doing? When do you find out the baby's gender???

I'm in week 19 too and I think I felt him/her moving around the other day. it was a little below the belly button. When my OB did a Doppler reading to hear the heartbeat 2 weeks ago, she focused on the area about 2 inches or so below my belly button. I figured that must be the magic spot. To be honest I'm still not 100% sure if what I felt the other day was baby movement or just the spicy food I had earlier that day. I'm waiting for a good swift kick to be sure. :) Isn't this the greatest?

Thanks!!Yeah i found out at my first doc appointment.(may 13th) my insurance didnt go through until a few weeks ago so i was so worried.I hope your little one decides to show the goods to the world at your next doc appointment LOL..When you find out it takes the extra stress away!

Well let me know as soon as you find out the sex. Things are good here. My doc told me she will probably enduce me at 38 weeks, so I'm already 1/2 way there : ) Enjoy!! Oh, and let me know if you think of any names ; )

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. Im not sure if I will get a second ultrasound or not, but in the end it doesnt really matter if I knew the sex while I was pregnant or if I get to have a wonderful surprise at the end of this journey. Good luck to you!
