I will start by telling you I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Ben. We have been married now for six years and have a beautiful daughter Savannah Jaide who is three years old. We found out on February 27th 2008 we are expecting a Baby Boy! We are naming him COLE BENJAMIN! I am thrilled to be having a boy this time around because this is probably our last child. I cannot wait to do boy things now instead of always doing princess stuff. I enjoy scrapbooking and being with my family. And, I LOVE being pregnant! I cannot wait to meet Cole....it will be here before I know it. Thank you for visiting my page.

It's hard not to be anxious, isn't it? I love being pregnant and haven't even been too uncomfortable, but I just want to meet my baby!!! How funny, but sometimes I feel like I miss her... It's good we are all here & can help each other be patient.

I read your post, and I too am getting so antsy....i can not wait to meet my little boy and get this labor part over with...I have been dilated at 2 for over 5 weeks and still nothing...his head isnt engaged either yet...ill be 39 weeks sunday...Ive been told I have a big baby so im wondering if his head isnt engaging b/c it's so big?? Just something else to worry about....This is my third child and for the last month everyone has been like " oh you're definitely going to go early" it's so disappointing when it doesn't happen.....Somedays I feel like this could be it and other days i feel like I acn be pregnant forever!!! I wish you luck....Hoppefully we go soon!

I am really excited to get Samuel back! I have been out of work from early labor since week 32... so I am READY to have my other little man back :0) Glad to hear things went so well for you when you were working as a nanny... I think having him at my house will be MUCH easier and it is saving his parents money... I took $100 a week off my pay when the offered to bring him to me (mostly for gas costs!) I am STOKED!

As for the circ... it was super scary and emotional for me... but he did GREAT! We had a scare with bleeding (but he has issues with that... he does not clot well... got that from mom!) But it did not bother him... just me! We took him to the doc once to check it and they stopped all the bleeding... he has been a trooper about it ever since! We had to wait until he was a week old since the NICU stay... I think in the hospital is easier if you have a choice!!! But don't stress about it... it is way harder on you (cause he is "your baby") than it is on him! Colin acted like it never happened after the first day passed!!! Hope that helps calm you a little :0) If you have any questions about that stuff feel free to ask!!!

Keep me posted on your progress! Can't wait to hear about your birth and see some photos!!! See you in the baby section!!!

I am a nanny at the moment... well I am on maternity leave... I have had the little boy since he was 2 weeks old and he is19 months now... he will be coming to my house once we get settled into the new place and Colin is 6 weeks old and healthy!!! We will see how it goes... Hopefully well cause I have raised Samuel so far and would love to continue doing so!!! Hope all is well... have a good one!

:0) Thanks soooo much! He is very content and peaceful! Not a crier at all!!! I look forward to seeing that you have delivered a happy and healthy baby! Congrats and best of luck to you! Beautiful name you have chosen for you little boy!

I have the Avent Isis dual electric pump. I really like it--I have really benefited from the manual portion where you can change the rate of suction throughout the pumping period. For some reason I really need a lot of fluctuation in order to get a good letdown. Unfortunately somewhere along the lines, I have stopped producing enough milk and I have had to supplement about 1 1/2 bottles per day (My baby fell off his own growth curve and didn't gain any weight between 4 and 6 months). I don't think it was because of the pump, just because I was working full time and pumping in general. I rented a hospital grade one for a month and am on fenugreek and pumping after feedings and still am not increasing. So I went back to the Isis because it is doing just as well

Can you tell me what the Tiny Hands sign is? I can't find the post.

Phonics - Wednesday, 25 June
I like that idea. I am going to try it.

Phonics - Tuesday, 24 June
I know and you know those third graders that wereplotting on killing their teacher werein GA!!! I live in GA!!! I told Rod either her mom or us have to move to another school district or she is going to private school. I was like I know I am not her mother, but I refuse to have her around the wrong element nad she needs the best start she can get. Neither us nor her mom stays in a good neighborhood right now and that scares me.

Phonics - Tuesday, 24 June
Oh yes! Thank you. Everytime i look at her I swear she has grown up so much. I don't know how I am going to deal with her when she goes off to school and I am not even her birth mom!

Phonics - Tuesday, 24 June
lol She asked me when Raegan will come out and such. I said just a few more weeks. I just don't know how to introduce her to the baby or what to say. How did you make sure she still felt special?

softkitty - Sunday, 22 June

Hi again, It could be me reading into too much on the internet or too much advice from people that don't know what they are talking about...not a good thing, LOL! Thank you once again for everything!

practicemakespregnant - Monday, 16 June
Hi, Thank you so much for the advice, I appreciate it very much. I was so worried I jeodordized my chances to being able to breastfeed this new baby too. I was so worried! Thanks again for everything! Best wishes to you and your family!

P.S. Had you heard horror stories about how breastfeeding increases your chances of have a miscarriage signifactly? Just curious!

tracylouella - Friday, 13 June
My first daugter was 7 pounds 15 oz. and I had an epidural. My son was 8 pounds 5 oz and I had him naturally... boys are bigger!!! My second daughter was 7 pounds even and did her naturally. And this girl in me was 4.5 pounds at 30 weeks . Sooo who knows what she will be! The tech said if I make it to term she will be over 8 pounds! noooooooooooooooooo! lol
