Hi! Well my name is Brittney. I am 14 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Scott for 7 years. I have a 4 year old son named, Connor. He is everything to me! Of course I am a very proud mommy. I also work for the Hall County Tax Commissioner. This day in time I feel that it is both the mother and father's place to help provide for the family. Me working lets me buy and do things for my son that I would not be able to do if I stayed home. If you ask my son "Why does mommy work?" He will answer "so mommy can buy me clothes, food and toys!" Needless to say most of my paycheck goes to my son. LOL! And I would not change that for the world. I love to make him happy! So to sum this up...I stay very busy all of the time. But I am very proud of who I am and what I have accomplished!
We are so excited about our new bundle of joy coming. I can't wait to meet him or her. I personally think the baby is another boy. My husband says, girl. This pregnancy so far has been different from my son. But most people say you can't go by that. Whatever the gender of this baby is I am excited! I just want him/her to be healthy! I have been enjoying this pregnancy every minute. (Exluding the nausea I had) This will be my last baby! :o)

At 15 weeks I had an ultra sound and was told I am expecting a GIRL! My husband, son and I are soooo excited! We just can't wait to meet her! Her name will be Cadence Lillie. I guess that means my hubby was right! LOL!

She's here!!!!! FINALLY!
Piper Joe arrived Wednesday July 2nd at 4:13 AM at 6 lobs and 15 oz and was 18 inches long! Headful of hair and absolutely gorgeous!
Well, first of all daddy had a name change at the very last second! She came out and has been called Piper Joe ever since!

Quick Update!!!!
I just got back from the doctor.... I am now dilated to 2cm and 70-80% effaced!!!! Yay!!! I am going walking tonight for sure! I know it could still be awhile, but I am going to see if I can get things going and help her out! lol....

I hate to bug you with this, but I figure you more than anyone else on here would know how to help. We have Windstream DSL and phone... my husband ran off with everything, including our house phone. I have no car b/c he totalled mine. I have another phone I could plug in, but I don't know how to do it up here since the phone and computer stuff are so weird. I know it doesn't plug directly into the wall. What do I do?
