Hey all :) I am a mommy of 3! My oldest is 5 and she will be starting Kindergarten in September :( I also have a son who is 3 and a 2 month old little girl. I am a busy woman! Crazy too! :P I don't have much time to get on here anymore...wish I did. It makes me sad because I talked to so many of you ladies during our pregnancies.

Emily had a Dr appt yesterday. She got 3 shots! Poor girl! She woke up with a fever this morning of 100.5! She is doing very well in the weight gain dept! She was born 6-14, 21 inches and is now 11-8 and 23 inches! She sleeps wonderfully (11pm-7am!) I am so blessed. She is smiling and cooing a lot now. I cannot believe she is already over 2 months old. Time has flown by. My oldest daughter starts Kindergarten next week...what a sad day! She is such a big helper...I can't imagine her being away from me...she's never been in daycare or preschool. She is very excited and I am very sad...of course I'm not letting on that I'm sad. I do think it will be nice for her and her brother to have a break from eachother. They are constantly fighting with eachother! I really miss talking to all of you ladies..message me! Life is good, and going to be a lot busier starting next week, ugh!

Dear Friends,
Tonight was one of those sooo cute moments. Elsa has been smiling for weeks now, but tonight when she was with her father, she literally laughed out loud. Her voice sounded like an angel. Luckily, I was right there with the camera capturing her beautiful smile. Posted on my page are her latest pictures, both on the front page and in the photo’s section.
Take care, Margy

Today has been nice with the IUD cause I haven't been bleeding today. FINALLY!!! I feel like I have been bleeding forever. My husband was thinking about going and getting fixed soon if I didn't stop so I could go get mine removed. LOL.. He's just wanting sex. Poor guy hasn't been able to do much since Ian was born. With the c-section then the bleed out, and now this.

No I IUD didn't hurt going in. I felt a bit of pressure and slight cramping but that's it. I'm still bleeding though from having it put in. And I guess you can bleed for a long time. Hopefully I'm not one of those women though cause I'm really tired of bleeding.

They said that the reason why I bled was because where the placenta was attached to my uterus forms a scab well my scab fell off before healing all the way and so it cause me to bleed out. I lost a TON of blood. I'm still taking iron once a day just for my own reassurance. My doctor said that he's never seen it happen twice which I was really scared it would happen again but it's been almost 7 weeks since it has happened. So I feel like I'm out of the danger zone now.

How's Emily doing? Ian just had his 2 mo. check up and shots today and he's 14lb. 11oz. he's over the 95% for his weight and in the 25% for his height. He's short and fat. LOL.. We say he's just got BIG baby muscles.

Hey how are things going with 3? I'm doing pretty good now. When Ian was 3 weeks old I started to bleed out and was rughed to ER by ambulance and had to get a blood transfusion. Thank goodness everything is good now. I got my IUD put in about 2 weeks ago and it seems to be doing fine except for the occasional bleeding/spotting

I had this problem on the beginning (I am out of the house for 12 hours), pumping more often will increase your supply. If I am short, I get up at night (when baby skips feeding) as well.

littlecavalier - Wednesday, 30 July
It's possible that you aren't experiencing letdown when you pump. It is hard when you first start pumping to get your breasts to respond to the pump like they do to your baby. Some people will look at pictures of their baby or smell a blanket or clothes that smell like them to help. I actually have to watch depressing videos or read stories about sick kids to get my milk to letdown! It's all tied to emotions though. Once you pump for a while it does get easier and you don't have to try as hard. Letdown for me when I'm pumping there are like 12 different lines of milk squirting out from my nipples whereas before I letdown there is milk coming out but only a couple lines and it takes forever to get any real amount. I hope this helps! It will get easier!

Hello Sexymama021 I just read your post in the breastfeeding forum... I know it is normal when returning to work that when you pump it always decreases a bit before it gets better... your body is use to the baby and when you pump you are not going to get as much as the baby would.. but overall your body will sooner than later get use to the pumping at work and it will begin to increase a bit... I drink mothers milk tea from time to time..you can purchase it at an health food store or herbal store ( or GNC.com online) in your area.. drink it says to drink 5 cups a day but I only drank 3 for 4 days and saw an increase in my milk it has just the right moderate herbs to help and keep breast feeding going... I began to drink it once a day and than stop for a while until I see I need to drink it again.. I go through a box a month the cost is about 5 to 6 dollars not bad.. that is my testimony on the mothers milk tea ..it worked for me! hope this helps.

I feel your pain with the AR!! Incline your baby's bed, this helps a TON!! just lower the side where her feet are. When you feed her make sure she is sitting up, vs laying her back in your arms. Any adult with reflux will tell you its at its worse when they lay down after eating. When she is finished eating you must hold her upright for about 20 minutes. All these things help so much. My son has silent AR (so he spits up but I don't see it, cause he swallows it back down) I also just started swaddling him again, super tight and he has been sleeping at night 5-7 hours straight since I started!!!!! Any questions feel free to put them on my page...

BabyH - Friday, 25 July
Mallory is almost 5 months and is still sleeping in my arm every night. She spits up constantly and eats all the time. We did not put her on the zantac b/c the doc said it just neutralizes the stomach acid but doesnt make them spit up less. Not sure if that is true or not. Hopefully things work fo you. i feel your pain.
