geez I haven't been checking this thing. nesting mode has me everywhere but the computer. I went to see my Dr. on Friday.He measured my belly and said you are measuring 2 cm shorter than last week. So I was like OMG. then he checked my cervix and said that little mans head was much further down than last week.He said I am 1 cm dilated and that my baby's head is too far down to give me an exact effacement percentage but he said that is a good thing & that I am making progress! He said if I don't go into labor on my own by my next appt (Friday) then he is going to induce me.Won't know the exact date til Friday though.We've also found a house that we are just in love with!It is absolutely perfect so we have been dealing with mortgage people and all that stuff.It's getting so close to the end! How are things on your end? Any progress??

Yeah I wish he would have.. But I would have probably been that 50% that would have had nothing happen.. Kinda like what you're going through.

He mentioned inducement at 39 weeks. I think I am going to have to take him up on his offer.. im just so ready... UGHHH!

Hey there!! My doc appt was pretty good, I am 1 cm and 70% effaced , no membrane stripping though.. ANy action from getting yours swept?

Hey there, Im doing ok.. my last blog I was a depressed and hormonal mess. I have to say I am feeling better. Just wish I was a little dilated before this nextg appt on thurs.. I really want my doc to strip membranes and he cant unless im dilated a little. How are you doing these days??

Man I hope so! My friend has 2 little boys and the oldest would always say "put him in his bed" (his baby brother) b/c he would always want to play haha!Babysitting an almost 3 year old old is really giving me the practice.My boyfriend is really the babysitter b/c the little boy wants to play with him ALL the time!His dad lives almost an hour away so he hardly ever sees him so my boyfriend is pretty much the only guy around him.

Yeah I can't walk very far at all. Either my feet start hurting or I have to pee! Someone told me to eat fresh pineapple and to get my nipples aroused! I was like uhmmm pass on that!!!! Weird stuff people come up with.. I feel like a rolie polie trying to get out of bed!Man I don't know how I am going to have another one.I have a hard time with just bein pregnant and watchin someone else's kid. I don't know how you get through the day!

Yeah they didn't check me at my 37 week appt either.Man I keep reading how all these girls are drinking all this crap and doing everything possible to go into labor.I think I am going to just stick with my walking the dog.I asked my Dr. about raspberry tea and he pretty much told me that I was more than welcome to drink it but it wasn't going to make a difference.

They checked me at 36 weeks and NOTHING. I completely freaked out and became an emotional wreck.Dang hormones!I get checked again this Friday.My Dr. said it was completely normal for me not to even be dilating.This being my first pregnancy and reading all the other girls are just made me have a meltdown.How are you doing?I bet your little boy is getting excited about being a big brother!

That does help! If this is my mucous plug then it's definitely shedding since it's not that big. Just a lot of very clumpy discharge. Not bloody though!

lolol. yeah i feel you with the baby kicking. this might sound really odd, (cause it is lol) but i am a very ticklish person and sometime when he kicks it tickles. like in my sides. oh man it drives me crazy and makes me squirm! last night he wouldnt stop moving so i put my hubbys hand on my belly. and he just stoped. i wonder if the warmth didnt relax him or something. lol oh well. when he gets out it will stop

yeah, i decided a LONG time ago i didnt like the warming. i figured, already have to deal with tearing why do i want burning too? lol i wanted to try the mint sensation one but a friend of ours told my hubby to never use it. he said it made him burn and sting real bad and he had to go wash himself off lol. but i just dont know lol

Yeah my mom did home daycare when we were younger 6 boys and poor little me! She defiantely has her experience with boys!I am so lucky and don't have to work until next summer.I was a 2 year old's teacher at a daycare so I am really glad to have left.It was so stressful when I wasn't pregnant!I have been taking Zantac and it has really helped with my acid reflux.Now it is just trying t get comfortable!It takes me forever to even roll over!I don't know what I'll do when I don't have this huge belly!I hate to say it but I think I'll kinda miss it.

We had a small shower here in Georgia with a small group of friends. We are having a bigger one in Florida on the 24th of this month with all our family and friends. We have yet to get started on her room and finalize our choice of crib. Im crossing my fingers that we will be done by the 10th of September. You should like you are totally done.
