IM PREGNANT!!

Hi everyone my name is sharlayna and im 20 years old. Live in New Zealand, and am 20 weeks pregnant with my first child! Im due on the 7th of december 2008. My pregnancy wasnt planned but im looking forward to being a mum, i have my ups and downs but it think every pregnant women dose. I will be a single mum but im getting use to that idea and think that i will do just fine with a little help from my mum and dad to get me started. Im glad to be over the morning sickness and feeling tired all the time it wasnt fun!! I go for my first and only scan on the 22nd next tuesday and cant wait to see my little one for the first time i hope that everything is ok with it, im not finding out the sex of of baby as i think it will be more exciting to wait till he or she gets here! i have felt my baby wiggle and kick, it moves more and more by the day its really cool, im loving every moment of my pregnancy because i have heard that you miss it when its gone!!!!!!!!

Its all good about the replys, i can fully understand the whole can't be bothered thing!

Sleep - what is sleep? I already can't sleep. It isn't because of baby kicking or me being uncomfortable it is that i get up at like 2 or 4 am to go p and i go back to bed and im like wide awake! Sometimes im that awake that i feel like doing the washing or some thing? But i am sure it is just a stage. I think it has alot of what is going around at home aswell, like we are renovation our house that we own and are about to move into it soon with Chris's mum,dad sister and her 3 kids. So we are currently spending labour weekend painting and cleaning the two bedroom sleepout for Chris and I and baby. It is a long story about why we are moving into the house but we are working so hard on it to get it done in two days that i am sore now, and i am sure to sleep like a baby tonight!

yey 6 weeks for you! How are you going to have baby? Water birth or at the hospital? You will be fine, you have come such a long way. Just think that at the end of the day you will have a beautiful healthy little baby in your arms.

I can't wait for my baby to come, and this baby is all ours and we don't have to give it back like we usually do ha-ha.

Hey, yeah we are having a boy. If now is anything to go by I think he is going to be a handful!!lol
Wow, are the in-laws not interested? Mine are always checking in, but it has gotten to the point where I don't want to talk to them anymore! I just let my husband answer all the questions...
My mother in-law is flying up on the 22 nov from nelson coz she doesn't wanna miss the birth! then my father in-law will be up 2 wks later(they are separated which makes it a wee bit awkward).

We have thrown a few namesout there so far, all pretty much girls names thou ha-ha, we not even sure what we are having so we'd better start thinking of boys names. My mums middle name is Mae Mae i was thinking MaMhy or Mhy but Chris not too happy with a Maori name first ha-ha. He said Katara (The Avatar), i like that name too. So I don't mind :Smile
8 Weeks left, i would be so excited too! I cannot wait to get in to the 30 weeks. I have said that i am going to have baby at 36-37 weeks naturally. I now baby will come early, well i don't know 100% but you can always hope!
Thats right you only had the one scan? What made you decide to only have the one?
Do you have any concerns on quiet days, like when baby hardly ever moves or is it quite normal now? How about you, any problems? I am hopeing to not get toximeia or worse stretch marks! I am still working fullime and walk home at least twice a week, it takes me about 40 minutes now, but it all i can do to try keep my weight down or at least a bit healthy and fittish.
Any way good to gear from you, and i know that everything will be fine for you!
