Monday 28th January

Hello, we just found out at last we are 5 weeks pregnant :) We have been trying for 12 months now, so we are very happy. Feeling very excited, tired and a tender (boobs) We are looking forward to the 12 week so we can start telling people.

Monday 11th Feb

Week seven now :) can't wait until the 17/3 we get to see our wee one. M/S is worse and continues, I keep telling myself it a good sign! Eyes on the prize, and its all worth it . Good luck everyone

9 weeks! I have been feeling extra tired and have shortness in breathing some times. We have now told our familys. really looking forward to our first scan.

Week ten, I can hardly wait until our first scan. I have been super sleepy over the last couple of days, M/S subsided. When to have a massage and facial this morning, but could have the massage, as it increased blood circulation and can be bad for baby. They told me to wait until 6months. The facial was good thou, my skin looks and feels a million times better. have been buying baby stuff now, its so exciting :)

Well after lossing my password, I `m back to my original page. Have been pretty good this week, in bed extra early. So excited 6 more sleeps until scan. I hope everything is fine.

So we have had to bring our wedding forward so that we can enjoy it. sad part is my dress is nolonger going to fit me :( I got online today to order another, man its hard trying to imagine how big i will be at 27 weeks. I just went large, a dress maker will beable to sort it. :) Its going to be great our first family photos so to speak. hehe shot gun wedding, i feel so Britney right now( minus all the drugs of course/poor lady) Starting to feel alittle more alive now. Although I `m still in bed really early. There don `t seem to be enough hours in my day to plan our wedding, work and study. We had my 5 year old neice staying with us for the easter holiday. It was a good pratice run for our forthcoming parental roles.

well i had a really good day yesterday, then the night from hell! My so called mother inlaw. Was yelling at me and spiting all in my face. Because my family was at my house and apparently I was making her feel unwelcomed! I said to her `well, funny that, because its the way you have been treating me since we announced our pregnancy `. She said `ha anounced, you came over and said i `m pregnant what are you buy me `. Which was a total fabrication, it was her son who joking said, what do you want to buy us. Any way that was my fault. So i said to her `i `m sorry if you don `t want to be a grandparent. but we are having a baby and what are you trying to achieve? us to break up? `. So she continued to yell and scream like one inch away from my face. And I said to her `can you stop yelling at me `. She said `why should I? ` I said `because when you upset me, you upset the baby `. She went psycho, ran up to my father inlaw say `ohh I can `t yell at her cos it will upset the baby!!! ` In the end she took off in her car yelling at me saying `the world doesn `t stop when your pregnant shelley! `. Rude nasty woman. I by that stage was truly annoyed so I yelled back to her `its called having compassion maybe you should try it! `. It was good that my parents didn `t get involved, they stood inside and listened to it, everyones mouth was on the floor. What is wrong with that woman, who does that especially when they are in their 50 `s ? I really don `t understand it, and the worst thing is that Joe and I are getting married in 3 months. It is really annoyed me that I will have to pay for this womans family to come to my wedding when shes probably slagging me off. I would dare ask her to contribute, it more hassle that its worth, especially if its too hard for her to buy her first grandchild anything. But its Joe `s family and his wedding too, so I guess I will have to be the bigger person.

Well after my traumatic weekend and the evil mother in-law, who thinks after her money?I have been thinking about it and all of Joe `s uncles from his mothers side are either divorced or their wives are not spoken to by the grandmother, hmmm looks think the daughter in-law, female hating runs in the family. I `m not sure what to do about this situation. Everyone is telling me to just cut her out as I don `t need this stress being pregnant and having epilepsy to boot. But Joe will want me to fix it? Anyway, I am feeling alot better. I had a really good sleep last night. I can drink tea again (decaf). Joe and my dad painted the nursery over the weekend and my parents brought us an amazing stroller. And cute little nursery stuff. It quite hard with my parents and all my family living far away, all I have in Christchurch is Joe. And of course his family is too close!!!

God I feel like I have the worst hayfever. My belly is bigger too. Really hungry all the time. Only four more weeks until we find out the sex of baby. Can't wait
